Very nice vacation rental for a large group. We had 8 people in our group and the five bedrooms & bath was perfect. The kitchen was well appointed and the living space was awesome. WiFi & cable TV was great as well as the two car garage for parking was a BIG bonus. A quick walk to the beach with plenty of choices for activities and restaurants.

The house fit our needs. There was plenty of room for our group. Bedrooms were very nice and the open concept was perfect. We did have an issue with a bifold door that was not resolved. The kitchen faucet was a problem too. You have to bring everything you need in the kitchen, spices, soaps, garbage bags . Walking to the beach was a plus. Only 3 beach chairs though. Outdoor furniture could be updated

The property was very nice overall, and we enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few maintenance and upkeep issues that should be addressed. There were several minor broken items that could have been repaired before guests arrived. That said, the management team was very responsive and addressed our concerns promptly, which we appreciated. With a little more attention to routine maintenance, this would be an excellent place to stay. Also, we found it to be an excellent location.

The house was nice !The cleaning staff could do better. The blinds was extremely dirty. The pillows where dirty. The maintenance could do better when they checking the house out. It was wasp on every floor the balcony, two of the kids almost got stung. Also maintenance need todo better at locking the doors behind themselves and closing the garage door when there done. Left the whole house unlocked, a lot of valuable things where in the home that could have gotten stolen. Other then that , the stay was good, walking distance to the beach, had a good time.

Uninhabitable Conditions - Mandatory Corporate EvacuationWe were forced to vacate this property after the upstairs bedrooms reached an unlivable 87 degrees due to an air conditioning failure. The management company offered zero temporary solutions, fans, or communication for multiple days. Vrbo Corporate actively stepped in, deemed the property materially deficient, and officially authorized our emergency checkout. Do not recommend due to severe maintenance neglect and abandonment of guest communication.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the AC failure made the upstairs unlivable and that our response — including temporary solutions and communication — fell short. We are investigating the cause, reviewing our maintenance and emergency‑notification procedures, and taking steps to prevent this from happening again. Sincerely, Luxury Beach Rentals

6 women stayed at the house, the house size was perfect for us. It was in a nice location, we could walk to many places, and we used Uber to get around. We were only about 1 block from the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

AWESOME PROPERTY!

I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a spacious and clean rental for them and their family. The elevator is a major plus, especially for transporting luggage between each floor. Very luxurious property and I would definitely stay here again! Walking distance from the beach is another plus!

A great house!

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Upon arrival, the house was very clean. The location was perfect and only about a minute walk from the beach. There were several restaurants within walking distance and very close to popular Myrtle Beach destinations such as Broadway, Barefoot Landing, and Tanger Outlets. This is a great rental property and a great place to stay.

Birthday getaway

My family and I went down to Myrtle Beach for my daughter’s 17th birthday and rented this lovely beach house. I must say we were definitely impressed by the cleanliness of the home. There is not one single thing that I can complain about, every aspect of this house was wonderful and cozy. The WiFi worked and we got great reception and most of all had a wonderful time. So much so that we spent a lot of time at the house.
