Enjoy a newly renovated tile bathroom and a gourmet kitchen with all new appliances and dishes. This studio comes complete with a Murphy Bed, Wi-Fi and smart TV with Roku. Your balcony overlooking Smith Mountain Lake, is a perfect backdrop for vacation or weekend get-away. Park right at your door and step inside. Guests have use of the pool, gazebo, grills, picnic tables and, with additional reservations, the marina and boat launch. (Use of marina requires prior reservations separate from condo. Be sure to ask about marina policies.) Sleeps 2 adults comfortably, Come relax and enjoy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the air conditioning on when you leave. Turn the temperature up a bit (75) before you go.
There is a dumpster within easy walking distance just past the pool. Please put all of your trash in the dumpster before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After 10 p.m. please be considerate of your neighbors and keep it quiet.
PET OWNERS are required to keep dogs on a leash at all times. No pets in Pool area. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of.
The fire pit on site is for OWENERS ONLY. Please do not use the ifre pit.

Second visit to this unit and we enjoyed our stay with our two pups. Visited family staying at State Park and enjoying boating. Easy access for our family picking us up every morning from the dock right off the property made everything convenient for everyone. We plan to come back next summer! I am a traveler and a pet lover too. My dog Louis, a half German Short Hair and half hound, often accompanies me to the lake. He hates water and I love it but somehow it all works out for us to have a great time.

Why they chose this property

I love the mountains and I love the water. Smith Mountain Lake was the perfect place to get away from it all. The people, the landscape, the wildlife - I love it all. That's what drew me to this place.
