Everything you need is within walking distance, making this a true no-car-needed beach lifestyle where you can enjoy the best of Long Beach with ease. Designed for extended stays, the home comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests and provides a beach vide setting for relocating or working remotely. Two beach passes are included for summer months, allowing you to fully enjoy the local lifestyle from day one. The neighborhood is known for its relaxed atmosphere while still being a walk to restaurants, shops, groceries, bars, boardwalk, parks, and everything that makes Long Beach such a special place to spend your time. 30+ day minimum is required in accordance with local regulations and max capacity is 3 guests and only approved occupants are permitted. This is a quiet residential home, and respect for neighbors is essential. If you are looking for a seamless, walkable live-at-the-beach experience, this is your opportunity to enjoy the West End at its best. Ring doorbell and security systems at exterior points and an owner-accessed smart thermostat are installed for security and efficiency—please do not tamper with these devices.
For family allergy reasons, we have a strict no pets and no service animals policy. We kindly ask guests to respect this health-based restriction.
In consideration of preferences and possible allergies, we do not provide household, health, or beauty products.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean all used dishes, utensils and/or drinkware and place them in proper cabinets and/or drawers
Summer guests ensure that the 2 beach passes are returned to the orange tray on the rolling bar cart
Turn off a/c in the summer months and turn down thermostat to 64 degrees in the winter months
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

21 Michigan St is in a prime location. A true beach house, you will find sand in the streets, sunshine filtering thru the many windows and ocean breezes often cooling off the house. We love that we can walk around the corner to the beach, down the street to the pubs and restaurants. We usually park our car and never think about it again. Pack the work world away for a while and remember if you have to che
