Our fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath beach house is located on a quiet, narrow residential block just steps from the ocean & beach access. The home comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests and is designed to feel like a comfortable temporary home rather than simply a vacation rental. The location is what makes this home special. Enjoy easy access to the beach, then walk home for lunch, head out for dinner, grab coffee, stroll the boardwalk or enjoy the local shops and neighborhood restaurants. Two beach passes are included during the summer months, so you can settle into the Long Beach lifestyle from day one. There is no dedicated parking at the property; street parking is available. The comfortable layout includes 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom w/shower, open concept living area, well equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, dining area, hardwood floors, plenty of windows w/ natural light, skylights, washer and dryer, summer air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private deck/patio - furnished w/ seating & BBQ during June – Sept. The house has been thoughtfully decorated with a relaxed coastal feel & is designed for comfortable short-term stays—whether you're a work traveler, working remotely, enjoying an extended beach stay or simply want more time to experience the area. 30+ day minimum stay required as per local regulations. This is a quiet residential home, not a party house. We ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors & the residential character of the neighborhood. No parties or events are permitted. Only approved occupants are permitted. For family allergy reasons, we have a strict no pets and no service animals policy. We kindly ask guests to respect this health-based restriction. The minimum age of the primary renter is 28, and a valid driver's license is required at booking. The home has exterior Ring/security devices and an owner-accessed smart thermostat for security and efficient operation. Please do not tamper with these devices.For your comfort and to help manage the temperature inside the home, the skylights remain closed. During summer, the skylight shades remain closed to minimize direct sunlight and heat. Air conditioning is available during the warmer months but is not in operation from November through April. During Long Beach's cooler off-season, A/C is not needed, allowing guests to enjoy the crisp coastal air and quieter atmosphere of the beach community. Guests staying during the cooler months should plan accordingly and enjoy the crisp coastal air and quieter off-season atmosphere of Long Beach. For your convenience, guests should bring their preferred toiletries and personal-care products. The home does not provide personal care or household consumable items. This is a genuine beach house in a wonderful Long Beach location—not a luxury resort. There is no dedicated parking, the home has one bathroom, and the property is best suited for guests who appreciate a walkable beach lifestyle and a quiet residential setting.
