Villa Portofino is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Cape Coral home featuring a resort-style pool with a spillover spa, natural stone decking, and a rock-formation waterfall. Villa Portofino is perfect for families and large groups looking for a resort-style stay near Cape Harbour.

The home sits in a quiet SW Cape Coral neighborhood, just a short drive (or boat ride) from Cape Harbour. This is Cape Coral's upscale waterfront district known for its marina, restaurants, and shops. Guests describe the surrounding area as quiet and safe with little traffic. Some have even spotted manatees right from the dock!

- Master Bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, writing desk, ceiling fan, vanishing sliders to the pool deck. En-suite bath has dual vanities, garden tub, and walk-in shower

The layout includes a formal living room, a formal dining room seating 6, and a separate family room with a large cable TV. The kitchen's breakfast nook overlooks the pool through large mitered glass windows. Wide sliding glass doors connect the master bedroom, living room, and family room right to the pool deck for easy indoor-outdoor living. High-speed WiFi and cable TV are available throughout the home. The 2-car garage offers plenty of room for parking.

The resort-style pool deck is the true centerpiece of the home! The electric-heated pool has a spillover spa, natural stone decking, and a rock-formation waterfall, framed by tropical landscaping. The lanai has two seating areas and a gas BBQ grill for evening dinners while the waterfront tiki hut is great for drinks at sunset. Guests who want to bring or rent a boat can dock it right outside (lift not available). Guests can also fish or launch a kayak (rental companies deliver and pick up) from the dock.

Rates & Policies:
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation.
- No pets, no smoking, and no parties or group events permitted.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.

A Slice of Resort Life for a great Getaway

Villa Portofino exceeded every expectation for our family getaway to Cape Coral. The resort-style pool with its spillover spa and rock-formation waterfall was an absolute eye-catcher. The spacious layout gave everyone room to spread out, with the master suite's private pool access being a personal favorite touch. Evenings at the tiki hut watching the channel were unforgettable. The home was spotless, beautifully appointed, and clearly well cared for, making check-in and check-out completely stress-free. We can't wait to book Villa Portofino again for our next Cape Coral escape!

The property was beautiful, the pool and outside area were amazing! We could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Cape Coral area. Communication with the property manager was great and very helpful. The stay was everything that was promised and more!

This was our second time at the house and we actually had a better time because we were familar with the area. The house was beautiful, close to great restaurants, and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! We will definitely be back.

Very Nice House

We thoroughly enjoyed Villa Portofino. The house was in excellent condition, it was very clean, well maintained, and gorgeous home inside and out. We loved the location as well. It was great for running, walking and biking. On one of the days we saw manataee in the canal behind the house. Having the canal/boak dock was fantastic. We boated one day and access to get out of the canals is pretty quick. We would rent this house again in a nanosecond.

Celebrating 25th wedding anniversary

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Portofino. We really liked the openness of the house. Sliding glass doors off the living room, sitting room and master bedroom opened to the back area which was very nice. We especially loved the private pool and spa, spending most of our days relaxing in the pool and evenings in the spa. We will definitely return!!

Wonderful rental home in Cape Coral

We stayed at a rental home through SeaStar for the second year in a row as a winter break before Christmas to get away from the cold in the Midwest. This home has everything you need to be comfortable and have an enjoyable vacation. The pool is amazing. While it does not include Kayak's, if you want to Kayak around the canals there are several rental companies available in the area that will deliver and pick up Kayaks. It's also close to grocery stores, so everything you could possible leave is within a 5-10 minute drive. We never leff the home except for Kayaking in the canals, a tiki boat cruise, and grocery shopping because it was so enjoyable.

The place was very nice in appearance. However , The water in the shower I would consider warm but definitely not hot. The pool was around 75 degrees and yet it was set for 85-90 and never even came close . The temp outside was 75-78 every day and sunny. I felt like the heater was not really operating for the pool . The hot tub was warm but no t hot like a hot tube should be. The house was very clean and spacious.

Needed getwawy

Place was clean, a tad out of the way but also nice just for that reason. Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood. There’s a neighbor who’s a tad passive aggressive. I left the garbage cans on the curb as it made it easier to find the place at night vs driving slow with the headlights on ditirbing people. Someone kept dragging them in front of my truck and tipping them over. That’s a tad childish. Otherwise it was a great stay, wish I could’ve stayed longer

This home was amazing.

This home was amazing. Four bedrooms with two on each side we never felt cramped. The back den was a great place to unwind at night. The A/C worked well. Wifi was excellent all over the house as well as pool area. The pool was simply amazing from the plants around it to the real rock walls. The filter control pad was easy to use and heated where ever and whenever we wanted. The temps in South Florida so we didn't use the hot tub control much. We fished from the dock area and caught many different types. The water is salt water in this area of the canal. We went to Sanibel Island twice, Napa and even Fort Myers beach for fun. Its not far when you think of the adventure. Overall we loved the home so much we checked out Model homes in the area as a place we may want to retire to in future years. Florian was awesome and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Thank you!!!

This house was amazing!!! Best place we have stayed at yet. Everything was perfect. The rooms , the pool, the back yard and back dock with the tiki hut. Perfect place . Was absolutely amazing!!! Can not say enough good thinks about this house!!!

Relaxing vacation

This was a beautiful house and the pool/patio was very pretty. It was very clean and easy to get to local restaurants and Ft. Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island. This was a good vacation.
