Great flat at fantastic location. Situated in the very well maintained and sought after Urbanizacion Senorio de Aloha. Bright and modernly furnished with walking distance to Puerto Banus (1km) and beaches. Fantastic views overlooking the sea and the mountain "La Concha". The community has three pools, one paddle tennis court and beautiful gardens. Very close to supermarket with easy access to the flat from the garage.

The apartment compromises two bright bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, living room with Smart TV and free WIFI access. Great and spacious terrace with seating for 6 people. Direct access from one of the bedrooms. Stunning sea view. A nice second terrace in one of the bedrooms overlooking the pool area. Garage for one car is included. Here you have everything close by. The popular Centro Plaza where you have a number of shops and a Supermarket (Supersol) with generous opening hours, is only a 5 minute walk away.
