• There will be significant amounts of noise and dust generated at various times during the project. Loud work will begin after 8 am and not exceed past 5:30 pm.

• There will be construction debris, materials, and equipment visible around the contained work areas and designated construction areas in the parking lot.

• During the preparation scope of work at exterior vertical flat walls, there will be flying debris at times caused by wind and other factors; however, we will do our best to contain such factors. We ask owners/guests to be mindful of this and help mitigate potential risk by taking a methodical approach to parking their vehicles. Please do not park in any area where there are cones, barricades, or other caution tape restricting access. We do have vehicle covers to help if needed.



Edgewater West 23 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor with breathtaking Gulf-front views from the enclosed balcony.



• The enclosed balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Tile flooring runs throughout the entire unit.



• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining area seats six, with two additional barstools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin bed.



• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry—no long lines required.



• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.
