Our condo is be ready, updated and Better than Ever! - Great Rates and Amenities

Our Newly Updated Loggerhead Cay Condo with All New living room and All New Master bed room furniture. There is High Speed WiFi Internet in our unit. We have Great Views of the Gulf Beach and the heated Swimming Pool below. The Spacious Living RM has a 26 ft. Mirrored Wall providing excellent views from 60% of the condo Featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi tub in the Master bath, Spacious living room, dining room, Screened patio and New Full size Front load washer/dyer.

The bedding is a King in the Master with a HDTV, 2 Twins in the Guest with TV/DVD and a Sleeping sofa in the living room. The Guest Bedroom has been completely remodeled. There is a New HD 32 in. TV with a DVD and VHS Player. New upgrades include new kitchen and Free for Guests 4 High Quality Bicycles. The adult bikes were New in 2014. The Unique features of our unit is the Glass Sliders on both the Inside and out side of the Lanai. You can have AC in the Lanai. The Living room East wall is completely mirrored. The mirrored walls provides added Brightness to the condo.

Sanibel Island is a Tropical Paradise with endless things to see and do for all ages. There is about 30 miles of Biking, Walking and in-line Skating trails. Enjoy the Lush foliage, Flowers, and Sandy Shell Strewn Beach. You can Walk to close by Shopping and Restaurants. There are 2 18 hole Public Golf courses on the island.

Our Unit at Loggerhead Cay is Professionally Managed and there is always someone available to meet your needs. The units are inspected annually to ensure that they are maintained and ensure our standards of cleanliness. Loggerhead Cay is about .3 miles from the Causeway to Fort Myers, providing easy access on and off the island. Recent Upgrades include New Living room Furniture and Blinds and the completely New Kitchen and the All new Guest Bedroom. We also now have a New Front Load Washer and Dryer in our unit. We have24 Excellent Quality bicycles. The adult bikes are Excellent Bikes by Trek. There are also 2 Tennis Rackets and Pickle Ball set in our condo along with a lot of Beach items. Call owners for detailed information. All windows and outside sliders were replaced with New Impact Glass.

Jim was great! He was very timely answering any questions we had. The condo has a great view! It’s comfortable and the beds were wonderful. The rental includes bikes which is a bonus(we didn’t use them this trip but will next year). The people (owner or renter) at Loggerhead Cay are very friendly!

This location was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more pleasant weather. Our view from the lanai was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. We loved this vacation rental even though there were some maintenance issues that I did let Jim, the owner, know.

We have stayed at Loggerhead Cay before but a different unit. We enjoyed renting from the Ways. Jim called us when we were there and was easy to reach.Lovely apartment. Easy check in and great location.Will definitely book again next year.

Excellent location; close to beach (literally very short walk). Nice view from screened in patio. There was glass sliding doors on screened in patio in case you wanted to muffle sound, since it is right off master bedroom. Great to have extra items like rolling cart, cooler, bikes, beach towels, umbrella. I couldn't get umbrella in sand; I probably missed something in set up. It was nice and quiet at night which was great as I am a light sleeper. There was one night person in above condo kept dropping things on floor in evening(10pm). Pool, recreation & shared condo property were very clean; including restrooms down by pool. The condo cleaners didn't do a good job cleaning the condo. I communicated with Host regarding it and Host made it right with us. I appreciate that as it was not their fault cleaners got their schedule mixed up. Very good communication with Host. Condo Property had a rinse off spot coming off the beach. Everyone staying on property was very friendly. Condo has ample space to relax and enjoy your vacation. They had books (take one leave one), puzzles and nice tv's. Also they had laundry soap to wash clothes and detergent for dish washer which is an added bonus.

We had a great time at your place. My husband’s family have been vacationing in Sanibel since 1990. In 2005, my husband and I stayed one building down from yours with my in laws, in a unit that was owned by a friend of the family. Loggerhead Cay, and Sanibel in general is a nice, clean, quiet place. The people are very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. It was a pleasure.

Our family had a wonderful time and were very pleased with this property. It overlooks the pool and has views of the Gulf from the room. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained, easy access to the beach and lots of great pool and beach accessories included with the condo. We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen Minnesota. We own and operate a Rental Equipment and Special Events business. We are able to travel in the Winter months because our business slows down in the cold Minnesota Winters. We have a son and daughter that work with us in our business. We have 5 grand children.

Why they chose this property

We vacationed in Florida probably 10 years before we decided to look at buying vacation property. We choose Sanibel Island because it was our favorite vacation location. We purchase a Loggerhead Cay condo because it is a Great complex with a Great location. A beach condo complex and very close to the Sanibel Cause-way.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is a very bright condo with with about 60 feet of floor to ceiling mirrors. The condo has Spectacular views of the beach and green way. We very much like to walk the beach and view the Sun Sets in the evenings. We also enjoy the bike paths and we will normally bike to a restaurant a couple times a week.
