About this property

Beautiful home on 5 secluded acres near Beaver Stadium!

Our home is in the woods with a private drive and a huge yard! Feel like you are miles away, yet you can hear the Blue Band on a breezy day. 4 bedrooms , 3 with queen beds and one with 2 twins.We also have 2 twin air mattresses . The house has 2.5 bathrooms.There is a huge circular driveway so lots of parking. There is a screened in porch and a large patio. We have several decks to enjoy the outdoors. We provide a charcoal grill and charcoal. We have a fire pit in the backyard with chairs and small tables and we provide the firewood. Complimentary juice and muffins on your first morning. We have cable TV, a DVD player, and WiFi. The Nittany Mall, grocery store, Walmart/Sams Club, Wine and Spirits Shop, beer distributor, and the Mt. Nittany Medical Center and of course Beaver Stadium are all with in a 3 mile radius of our home.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A hidden gem in State College! Inviting, comfortable, beautiful yard for gathering and games!

Beautiful and spacious house and property

We had a fantastic experience staying in this very large home on a well-landscaped property. Honestly the photos do not do it justice - we were very pleasantly surprised with how spacious and comfortable this home was. Highly recommend!

We loved this rental! I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the house and yard. Plenty of area to spread out in the house and so much room to have the kids run around outside. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and basketball court. We even ventured into the woods with our flashlights for an evening”bear” hunt.The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Homemade muffins and juice were a huge plus! Thank you!

Beautiful, spacious retreat home

This is a very spacious home with much privacy and a beautiful very large property. Our family was very comfortable staying here for graduation weekend and the house came with everything we needed. The host communicated quickly and it was a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend!

Great place for an alumni reunion

The place was great! Plenty of room for 10 of us. Loved the outside fire pit. In nature but was only a short drive to town and Beaver Stadium. Hosts provided everything we needed including coffee and delicious muffins for the morning. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

Loved this house on a beautiful property. We had a fire pit on Friday night and then went to the PSU football game in Saturday. Very close to the stadium. House had a lot of space for our family and friends.

Very close to State College. very private and very spacious. Exactly as described in listing. Loved the fire pit - plenty of wood, kindling and newspaper. Everything was easy to find and the instructions were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Penn State visit rental

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the property owners. Always quick responses. The house was even nicer than the pictures show and it was immaculately kept. Less than 10 minutes to campus and after a long day visiting, it’s a perfect spot to regroup.

Reunion weekend

We had a great stay at this property! At times we forgot we were even in State College since it is nestled in the woods! It is very spacious and was a great spot to hangout before and after the football game! The owners were great and responsive to all communications. Thank you!

Penn State trip visiting our kids

We love this house. The host is amazing. Location is great to campus. (Only about 10 minutes). And the house is immaculate. The firepit with wood is fantastic. Nice to get kids out of dorm and apt to sit outside by the fire and visit.

A beautiful home in a lovely wooded setting easily accessible to State College venues.

The four-bedroom house with living room and family room on the other side of the house worked so well for our family (three couples with three children). The hosts were hospitable, the property is very clean and well-maintained, and the furniture was comfortable. The screened-in porch in the back provided another area in which to relax, and the kids--old and young--really loved the yard.

In town for a football weekend with friends and couldn’t ask for a better place. Communication was easy. House was clean and pictures were accurate. Owners had fresh baked muffins and OJ in the fridge for us. Thank you Robin and Russ for helping make it a memorable weekend.

PSU Weekend

We stayed for a White Out weekend and this property was perfect for our 2 families. The house was great, very open spaced and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the muffins left for us. Robin & Russ left everything in order for our stay: linens, towels, even wood at the firepit for us which we disappointedly didn't have time to use. Location was perfect with easy driving access to campus and close stores.
