This beautiful property is located near Tampa Bay and the Tampa International Airport. The house is clean, comfortable, spacious and ready to accommodate vacationers and business travelers alike. The upstairs has 4 large bedrooms, a den, and 2 bathrooms. The downstairs has a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living area. The private backyard has a heated pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill. There is a 2-car garage and also ample parking for an RV, boat, or commercial vehicle.

Our place is especially well suited for families and business travelers. We are prepared with all the items needed such as towels, bedding, fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, household consumables, paper products, etc. All rooms have smart TVs with cable channels, Netflix, and Disney+.

The house is remote work ready with fiber optic high speed internet and mesh network, powered sit\stand desk, Herman Miller ergonomic chair, Windows 11 PC, and 30 inch wide screen monitor. It also has second desk with Herman Miller ergonomic chair, Windows 11 PC, 27 inch monitor, and printer.

Our max occupancy is 10 guests. We can accommodate up to 6 cars, 2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway.

The entire home is accessible to our guests. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are well stocked with everything needed. We also provide WiFi access on a fiber optic high speed internet mesh network, use of two computers and a printer, smart TVs with cable channels, Netflix, and Disney+ in every room, washer and dryer, outdoor grill, etc.

The house exterior is under video surveillance for safety. Cameras are located outside and cover all entry points into the house and property. The pool and hot tub are within the coverage area of the device. There are no cameras in the interior of the home. A noise monitoring device is in place in the back patio.

The home is equipped with a key less entry keypad. You will be provided a key code to enter the home prior to arrival so that you may check in and check out at your convenience. We live just five minutes away, so please reach out to us should you need anything during your stay. (Se habla Español)

Our neighborhood is Bay Crest Park, which is a waterfront community. Although our place is not on the water, it does have plenty of room for boat parking and includes access to the neighborhood boat ramp with water access to Tampa Bay.

Having a car available is highly recommended to get around in the Tampa area.

Justin and Yuni are, by far, the most responsible and attentive VRBO owners we’ve experienced in our 5 years wintering in Florida. We had perfect girls getaway

Yuni and Justin are so easy to work with! Their place is under 15 minutes to the airport. The house is about 15 minutes from nightlight! When we arrived they had plenty of towels, some food out so you didn’t have to rush out, and plenty of water! Their house has so much space and the pool is even better in person. We had 14 girls and everyone had a place to sleep. We had lots of questions and they replied so fast and were so polite and professional. Their instructions for the house were easy and clear cut. I highly recommend!

Great trip

This was an amazing VRBO. The home was incredibly clean and in the perfect location for our family trip. We were comfortably able to fit 6 adults and 5 young children. The owners treated us like family upon arrival (even though we’ve never met!) They accommodated an early check-in and had breakfast foods and basic need items waiting for us. Worth every penny. All your needs anticipated!

Justin and Yuni provided a spectacular home for our impromptu family reunion! The heated pool during the last week of Feb and into March was a favorite (as well as the hot tub)!! When we arrived they had water and breakfast items in the fridge, baby bedding, toddler gates, an industrial size washing machine and dryer for pool towels all week and any toiletries you may have forgotten. The beds were comfortable and a wonderful enclosed patio for outdoor eating. I have used VRBO successfully many times in the past but these owners went above and beyond the needs to provide it all. Beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys completed the picture. We couldn't have been happier! 8 adults, 2 infants.

5 Star House-So much better than expected

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub in the huge back yard. The house itself was so clean, had so much space, the computer was handy, there were so many items available to use if we forgot anything or needed additional items for cooking or getting ready for the day. I would highly recommend staying at this house. It felt like we were at a luxury resort. It was so nice to have some drinks & food in the fridge for us when we 1st checked in. Thank you so much. I would love to come stay again.

Yuni was a perfect host. The home was ready for us as she promised and she added many “niceties” to our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and even a second fridge for the large party. Bedrooms were spacious and outdoor area was wonderful.

Amazing house with everything we needed!

From the very second we arrived, everything was perfect. The owners had water and snacks ready which was amazing after our 15 hr drive. Every room was perfectly made up with a bathroom basket of commonly forgot items as well as plenty of towels and other toiletries! Kitchen was large with lots of space for us to spread out and the pool was amazing! This house couldn’t have been any better. Thank you for sharing your house with us we will definitely come back!
