Hi Julia! Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback, and for the kind words about the condo, the quiet end-unit location, and our team's responsiveness, that means a lot to us for us. We're always working to keep every detail of the home in top shape, and we truly appreciate you flagging where we can do even better; it genuinely helps. We're also sorry that parts of the wider resort experience fell short of what you'd hoped, we completely understand how that can affect a trip, even when it's outside our four walls. We'd love the chance to host you again and make the next stay an even smoother one. Safe travels, and thank you again for choosing us!
