Centrally located between Delray and Palm Beach areas which feature performing art center, live theater, restaurants, bars, parks, outdoor concerts and beautiful bike paths. Complex includes large heated pool, Jacuzzi, steam rooms, fitness center, media room, billiard and game rooms and business center. There is a 30 night minimum. The apartment is newly furnished with high end finishes, large kitchen, stainless steel appliances, two master suites each with private full bathroom and wireless internet and HD TVs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Unit was very clean and well equipped. Property owner was on sitee and attentive to .

Unit was well equipped down to minor details, like extra batteries, specialty utensils, tape cords. etc. I would stay there again. Rhona was a great owner. Stay with confidence..

Nice building but quite noisy area

Nice safe building but bar noise at night, marina noise early mornings. We had no a/c few days, hopefully a new system was put in.The apartment faces street level so you hear all the noise. The apartment is a bit tired, carpet throughout was big negative, dim lighting at night. There’s no sun at the pool this time of year which was a negative to us. There’s an application fee for HOA, which was an added $200. The apartment was fully stocked with basics. Bob the Propery manager was great!

Beautiful condo. Owner easily accessible

Love the location. Boynton Beach is within walking distance. Several restaurants & bars steps out the door. We had a great time until the beaches and restaurants closed due to corona-virus. Marina Village did a good job communicating as things in the neighborhood changed .
