Heated gunite pool. All appliances. Central a/c, gas heat/ hw. Delightful porch with wonderful sunset views. Outdoor chaise lounges and teak table, chairs and umbrella. Enclosed outdoor shower. A rare find in a superb location. The house is available for a preferred rental of two weeks minimum to four weeks maximum July or August-Labor Day, 2023.
