The first floor offers an additional living room with a tv, a full bathroom, and a third bedroom- tv with a queen bed—perfect for extra privacy or multi-family stays. The third-floor loft adds even more flexibility with a twin trundle daybed, ideal for extra guests.

Outdoor living is just as inviting, with two decks (one at the entry level and one off the main living space) and a private backyard fire pit for evenings under the stars. Please note, the home is situated on a hill and requires walking up steps to access the house, as well as stairs to reach the main living level.

Water access is located across the camp road on an additional private property, featuring a dock for water entry, relaxing, and enjoying the water and a private swim float. There is an additional fire pit. A public beach area is also nearby, offering options for swimming, Kayaks (two singles and one tandem) are available for guest use upon request, and paddleboards are available to rent—please inquire for pricing.
