New Furnace, New Waterheater, Fireplace (2), Internet/Wifi, Washer & DryerGarage, Parking, TV, Hot Tub/ Jacuzzi, Outdoor shower, Apple TV, Surf Boards, Boogie Boards, Bikes, Beach Chairs,Beach Towels Provided, Iron Hair Dryer, Whole House Vacuum, Whole House intercom/Radio, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes & Utensils, New Thermador Refrigerator, Range, Hood and Dishwasher Blender, Pots/Pans Mixer, Crock Pot, Games, DVDs, Ceiling Fans and Room Fan, No Air Conditioning and no need, the Pacific Ocean is our AC, crib. As a local I have never had AC in HB for 50 years you just do not need it and you will see that less than 20% of the homes advertised this close to the beach have AC. It stays very cool this close to the beach.

Cancellation policy: We offer a refund for cancellations within 31 days of check-in, however, if you booked on VRBO or direct the credit card fee of approximately 3 percent is not refunded because the merchant processor does not refund us the credit card fees but if you booked on airbnb you will receive a full refund.

After you reserve we will have sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.



You must be 25 years of age

No Parties: No pets,. No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.



All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes.



Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.
