Little Beach offers calm ocean swimming, space for leisurely picnics, BBQ facilities, a playground and a boat ramp, and it's just a scenic 1km to Fly Point for amazing snorkelling or diving. You are just 400m from the western end of Shoal Bay Beach and close to the walking trails of Tomaree National Park, and just over 2km from Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants.

Sit on your balcony and watch the boats go by! Your bright 2nd floor unit offers balcony views over the water that flow in to the air-conditioned open plan living with ceiling fan and Smart TV. Perfect Beach location

We had an amazing time! Very quiet and lovely location right across the beach. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to switch off and relax.

Excellent views but vertical blinds missing so the sun streamed into your face from 2 o'clock onwards ,would be savage in summer.

these are the two main issues, pretty standard requirements - as there was no internet, no streaming service Netflix ect

Scuba Diving - Nelson Bay

A weekend to accommodate the Course. Perfect location. Could do without making the beds, but aside from that everything else perfect. Would highly recommend. Negotiation with council to arrange their garbage pick up in the afternoon rather than 7am would I think be appreciated by everyone along the waterfront. Although I arranged late checkout (11.30am) this was obviously not communicated to cleaning staff which resulted in a rather unpleasant exchange. Could have been avoided with better communication. Certainly do expect to be charged as threatened.

I can easily recommend a stay here.

The accommodation is located in an amazing and very relaxed setting. The bay views are a real bonus there is so much to offer here. The booking process was seem less and further added to the relaxed experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We live at Fingal Bay and went to Little Beach while renovations were being carried out in our home. Just loved the location . The home was very comfortable a few small things needed attention though. 1 the bin in bathroom had not been emptied2 no light globe in kitchen facing cooking area3The dust pan in kitchen cupboard had not been emptied4 cockroach spray in cupboard was empty5 Many dead cockroaches lying around.These are little things but overall would definitely stay again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waterview was great. Its an old style unit. Was nice and clean, justNeeds updating/refreshing. The cane bedhead needed a good dusting and the sofa needs updating or new cushion covers. Perfect location for family with young kids❤

Little Hut is just across Little Beach which is the calmest beach I've been in Australia. My three kids (13, 11 and 7) can just take themselves to the beach and we can supervise them from the balcony. The property itself is dated but was well maintained and very clean. There is no air conditioning but we didn't really need one when we were there. And yes, the garage is practically useless due to its width but should be okay for smaller car. There are ample parking spaces in the road fronting the beach.

Overall acceptable but hair dryer and DVD player did not work. This should be checked before admitting paying tenants. Top floor unit which gets very hot as there is no air conditionning.

Ad code to little beach as you can get

Good. 1960s appartment block with a recent fit out . Unit 3 Designated car park under building was so narrow I had to climb out of our medium size car via passenger side . 2.1 m max height clearance . $20 fee for late key pickup , this was clearly advised beforehand.

Great stay, well equipped basic apartment w tiny car spot. Bunk bed like a ship it sways and squeaks when on top. Beach and playground across road, great for kids who are walking.
