Please note this is an old cottage and some of the floors are not perfectly level and the sliding doors are a bit stiff. We upgrade furniture and dressings from time to time as needed along with different linen so the appearance can differ slightly from the photos without compromise to the functionality, comfort or features most importantly.

Whilst inside is equipped, clean and the beds are quality, overall this house more suited to people who favour outdoor entertaining, large yards, privacy, location and parking amenity over new interiors.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

As we only charge for linen please leave the house clean as it was found and return everything back to original

Clean BBQ / firepit if used. If pets make sure no surprises or toys left in yards etc

If checking out on sunday please can you wheel out the bins

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
