Dutchies Sand and Sea is one of only a handful of executive holiday homes just a short walk from the much-loved Dutchies Beach. With panoramic water views and sleeping up to 8 guests, this coastal chic holiday home is perfect for your next fabulous beachside holiday.

The house is now equipped with ducted air-conditioning to the bedrooms and a separate air-conditioning unit servicing all living areas, ensuring maximum comfort year-round.

Dutchies Sand and Sea Beach House is perfectly positioned just metres away from a public pathway that leads directly to the famous Dutchies Beach. Within minutes, you’ll find yourself on the golden sands or enjoying the calm waters. This family-friendly beach features shaded grassy areas, public BBQs, bathroom amenities, children’s play equipment, and even a bike and pedestrian path that leads straight into Nelson Bay.

Dutchies Sand and Sea Beach House fully embraces its elevated position, with large north-facing windows and doors offering sparkling water views from the master bedroom and the air-conditioned open plan, split-level living areas. Step out onto the generously sized deck, furnished with outdoor seating and a BBQ, ideal for relaxed meals while taking in the stunning views.

The master bedroom includes an ensuite and a private deck overlooking the harbour. All three bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, tasteful décor, ceiling fans, and ducted air-conditioning for your comfort. The living area also offers a sofa bed, accommodating two additional guests if needed.

With two full bathrooms (one featuring a tub) and a laundry with a third toilet, washer, and dryer, this home is well-equipped for longer stays. The stylish kitchen includes modern appliances like a coffee pod machine, sandwich press, blender, and mixer.

Dutchies Sand and Sea Beach House is complete with timber floors, a double garage, an outdoor shower, Foxtel, free Wi-Fi, a DVD library, a large esky, and beach chairs, making it the perfect base for your next coastal getaway.

BOND - a refundable bond of $1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas with decorative covers, blankets and pillows are also supplied.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults maximum. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate two children guests 7 & 8 ($100), total maximum guest 8.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION is 3 x Queen and a sofa bed can be added for an extra $100 (children only).

Additional costs when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towel, and linen hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
