Our extended family stayed for a week. The kitchen was well stocked, but bring your own sponge for handwashing dishes. The king bed upstairs was very firm. My elderly mom was very comfortable staying on the first floor. The step from the porch to the main house is pretty steep. The ceiling fans and a/c units on the second kept us comfy at night. The house had plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. We loved the town of Osterville and the fabulous views. We highly recommend this rental! The beach pass made it easy to go to the local beaches too. This place is a treasure!

Wonderful Cape Cod Rental

We had a terrific week in this rental property! Amazing views and plenty of space for our four teenagers. The only reason we gave it 4 stars for accuracy of online listing was due to the fact that there was no dock platform, however, we were able to use the dock next door. We would definitely stay at this property again!
