A casa é maravilhosa.. o Marcio (proprietario) é nota 1000.. muito solícito e sempre disponivel para responder.
Fica numa estrada asfaltada, com comercio local a 150m da residencia.. pode ir tranquilo q se faltar algo, da pra ir comprar a pé.
A casa é ótima, bom espaço interno, casa limpa, com muitos itens a disposição (panelas, facas, eletrodomesticos, itens basicos como sal, açucar, detergente , papel higienico)..
a unica ressalva q faço é q a casa é confortavel até 12 pessoas.. q daria pra estarem confortavel.. passou disso, começa a complicar.. pois terão q dormir na sala q é integrada na cozinha.. na minha opinião, não é legal, mas tem gente q não liga, então vai de cada um.
há duas mesas de jogos. um pebolim e uma mesa de sinuca.. ambas em excelente estado. a piscina é grande e apesar de estar com a pintura interna manchada, o q não dá uma boa impressão a primeira vista, não compromete sua diversão.
gramado excelente, há arvores frutiferas diversas. No geral, RECOMENDO MUITO e eu voltaria sim mas no maximo em12 pessoas..
