This furnished duplex is located in a quiet street and has air-conditioning in the open plan living area, to add comfort on those hot summer days and nights.

The house is walking distance to Light House Beach and Shelly Beach East Ballina, with cafes and restaurants close by.

Haere Mai 2 is sure to please those seeking a quiet, relaxed holiday.The property offers one queen bed and bunk with a double on the bottom and single on top, a combined lounge and dining room, a self-contained kitchen and one bathroom with a laundry.

The house is light and airy, with a sizeable yard and large, comfortable living areas to either curl up with a good book, or cook up a storm for friends and family. There is also undercover parking for one car and a large patio area for entertaining.

If you're feeling active, take a short stroll to the stunning Shelly beach, just moments away, or take advantage of one of the many bike or walking trails around Ballina and enjoy the beautiful coastline up close. The property is only a short drive to Ballina, where you will find a huge range of shops, cafes and restaurants. You will have access to the entire house, as well as the ample grassed yard space. Please note there is no wifi at the property.

The unit was very clean and perfect for a short stay. The kitchen is very well equipped. Fantastic location. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Only downside is no WIFI.

Easy Holiday Living

Just returned from a week spent at Haere Mai 2 It was the perfect spot for a seaside holiday Very clean and it was nice to have detergent, teabags, soap for when you just arrive. We felt it needed a paint inside and a freshen up and perhaps a new headboard for the bed in the main bedroom. We also found the air conditioner fan going very late at night right outside our bedroom window from the other villa very annoying. Not well designed Just a few changes would make this holiday villa perfect

Great position

It's in a great spot and was clean enough, however could do with some TLC. Water leaked in profusely under the door when it rained and it would have fallen apart if hubby hadn't done a quick repair job; light fell down from fitting & others were flickering; the kettle fell apart and it just generally needed a spruce up.
