Thank you for taking the time to leave a thoughtful review of your stay at Disciples Village 370 at Boyne Mountain Resort. We’re so glad to hear that you found the condo very clean and that the bedrooms met your expectations in both size and comfort. Our housekeeping and property management teams work hard to ensure each unit is spotless and welcoming, and your recognition of their efforts is sincerely appreciated. We’re also grateful for your constructive feedback regarding the layout of the living area and the master bathroom design. While we’re pleased the space was clean and well-maintained, we understand how a more open living area can make a big difference in comfort—especially when you're trying to relax after a day of skiing, hiking, golfing, or exploring everything Boyne Mountain has to offer. We'll review the current furniture arrangement and consider adjustments to improve the flow and functionality for future guests. Regarding the jetted tub/shower combo in the master bath, we appreciate your honest comments about its accessibility. While many guests enjoy the added luxury of a jetted tub, we absolutely understand that the step-in design may pose a challenge for older guests or those with mobility limitations. We will be sure to pass along your feedback to our team and the property owner so we can explore possible updates or clearer descriptions in our listings to set better expectations and help guests choose the unit that best suits their needs. Disciples Village is a guest-favorite community at Boyne Mountain Resort for its proximity to ski lifts, golf courses, Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark, and Deer Lake beach. We’re happy that your overall experience was positive and that the bedrooms and cleanliness of the unit stood out. Your comments will help us make thoughtful improvements and continue to provide an excellent vacation experience for all guests. Thank you again for your candid feedback and for staying with Northern Michigan Escapes. We’d love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and help you find a unit that’s perfectly suited to your needs—whether you're returning for ski season, summer adventures, or a peaceful fall retreat. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team when you're ready to plan your next Boyne Mountain escape!
