The West Texan Marfa received a minimalist facelift in 2015, new marble bath in 2018, and new HVAC in 2022. Period details including adobe walls, lime plaster, original oak floors, and double hung windows were preserved and improved by the integration of designer lighting, Affinity paint colors, modern appliances, furnishings and luxury linens. The spacious layout sleeps 6 comfortably with space to entertain, work, or relax. At just one block from Frama, Margaret’s, Hotel Paisano, Aster, Mira Marfa, Skora, Communitie, and more; this property embodies convenience and comfort. 100 Mbps internet, Samsung Smart TVs. The bedrooms are stocked with designer linens from Peacock Alley, Calvin Klein, and feature multiple pillow types. The bathroom has Turkish cotton towels and L’Occitane toiletries. Excellent location! We walked/cycled around the town with ease. Close to everything, but still fantastically quiet and peaceful. Tons of space and all the amities needed with plenty of room for our two dogs. Clean and beautiful designed with a luxurious feel to the property. Our wifi and cell service were a little spotty, but that was an issue in the town generally- also it just meant we enjoy the tranquility of the property and Marfa without distractions. Highly recommend- especially for families, groups and fellow pet owners as we would definitely book again!
