GREAT ORIGINAL FAMILY BEACH HOUSE

Wonderful experience at this house. Perfect location with easy walk into all the shops and beach front. The hill is typical of Lorne and good for the kids and adults to walk but not for toddlers. House has a great layout and the rumpus room is perfect for kids and parents. Would be going back again and again. Thank you

Lovely pocket to enjoy Lorne from

Loved Fern House - just what you need in a beach house stay. Spaces work well for multiple guests, kitchen equipment is good, deck area is perfect for drinks. Pool table, table tennis and outdoor shower all great bonuses

Home away from Home!

This property was amazing! Pool table and Table Tennis table kept adults and kids occupied. Loved the peacefulness of outside and plenty of comfortable beds made for a fantastic weekend away! We will be back!

Great location

Property was in a great location just a short walk to everything. Tough walk for the kids on the way back up the hill but so worth it 😊. Lots of games for children & the birds visit the balcony ever morning. Just beautiful!!

Everything you need

We have stayed at 2/17 Fern Avenue a number of times and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The house has everything we needed for a break from the city and the fire is a welcome addition in winter. The kids (and adults!) took advantage of the games room downstairs and kept them occupied for hours. The walk to shops and cafes is easy as the house is far enough away from the main street to feel peaceful, but close enough to walk to. Good workout for the legs on the way back up! We would recommend staying here to anyone wanting a relaxing break the house has everything you need

Fantastic

Lovely house with plenty of room in a fantastic location. It definitely ticks all the boxes for a great holiday. Walking distance to the beach and surf club and all the nice places in Lorne. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped with a really nice relaxing family vibe. The huge games room and TV room downstairs and fireplaces make it a perfect place for all year round beach holidays. Cant wait to go back there with my extended family. Apologies for taking so long to respond to this Margot.

Great house In a great location.

Comfortable beds, wake up to birds as surrounded by beautiful trees. Upstairs- cosy by the fire. Fantastic room downstairs for all the family. Outdoor shower perfect for the kids coming in from the beach. Clean and well set out. Walk everywhere.

Great house, great location

The location was perfect to wander into town and the beach. The house was well set up to house our 2 families with plenty of beds and a well appointed kitchen. The games room is amazing for the kids during the day and grown ups in the evening. The house could do with a good clean, but that didn't detract from our stay.

Pretty Tired Upstairs, Good Downstairs

Oven needed a major clean, freezer had food in it, windows were dirty inside and out. Kitchen and bathroom need a renovation, very tired. Downstairs TV room and table tennis / pool room are great. Location is great. We were only given 1 key initially (6 beds)
