Situated just a short walk from the Apollo Bay town centre this property offers exceptional value for money for the budget conscience holiday seeker. The property is immaculately presented, well positioned and caters for up to 6 guests.

Features include, open plan kitchen, dining and living areas, providing you with all the essentials you will need while on holidays including a DVD selection and wood heating.There are 3 bedrooms (1 x queen, 1 x queen & 1 x 2 singles), main bathroom & laundry.

There is also a lovely garden area, with the rear fully fenced. You will also find an outdoor deck area adjacent to the side of the house with BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is provision for two cars, one undercover & the second off street.

Perfect little getaway

Property was well maintained and very clean. We certainly felt at home while we were there. 5-10 minute walk to beach and shops.

Slice of Paradise

The property is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The property is well maintained and the kitchen has all you would need to cook meals for the family.

Amazing Stay

Fantastic property for a getaway from Melbourne! Family loved the space, proximity to shops and beach and the property was clean and well presented. Kids also loved the games, perfect for one of the rainy days we had. Excellent trip and would highly recommend, especially at such an affordable rate.

Cost home & Excellent Location

Excellent location - short walk from the beach and town center. Home was clean and well presented. Added extras such as games & DVDs were a great touch. Fireplace was very cosy on cold nights, and desk was an excellent place for dinner on the warm nights. Looking forward to returning for another stay.

Compact and perfect

It was our second time and we love the little house. It has everything we need and the wood fire is a bonus, as we love the atmosphere it creates. The deck is perfectly private and sheltered. Added bonus is the bbq!! Didn’t get a chance to use it, so can’t wait to go back!

Humble abode over priced for our stay

B/c of the Grand Final w/end we paid $300/night for this humble abode. While clean and neat there was only electric heat in the dining room so the rest of the house, partic lounge and bedrooms, were cold. We didn't bother with the wood heater - didn't want the work and smokiness. For this tariff heat throughout the house, dishwasher and wireless should be provided. Bathroom tap leaked and kitchen flick-mixer tap swiveled all over the place, plus 2 blown lights globes in a house that is quite dark at night. Could do with some maintenance. Could be a good place in warmer weather - close to beach and shops. Not a place to stay in winter.

Good house in a quiet location but could use a thorough clean. Was told that cleaners do come in after guests leave but that was not particularly evident when we arrived. Very dusty and dirty throughout, kitchen and all crockery and utensils were very sticky (needed to wash everything). Bed covers all look and felt like they needed a wash. On the positive side, great to have a fire place and the outdoor deck area was lovely.

Fantastic location

Great location within walking distance from everything in Apollo Bay. Plenty of space, amenities, toys for the kids etc ... The rate is quite reasonable comparing to similar places in the same area. Can't wait to go back.

Home away from home

A clean and cozy house that immediately felt like home. Lots of space to relax, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of toys and DVDs to amuse the kids, and an easy drive to the shops and main street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was a great base for visiting spots along the Great Ocean Road.
