JUST THE SPOT!!

Such a great location - walking distance to the beach & all amenities. The property we stayed in was super clean/neat & modern. We will definitely be using STAYZ again now that we have discovered it!!

Modern and spacious in great location

Very well kept apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms. Large bathroom and laundry and great upper living room. Walking distance to the main shops and golf course with nice beachside walks around

Great place to stay

Great place to stay, walking distance to main street, clean and tidy, wood provided for the fire, balcony views were lovely. Only problem was fridge did not cater for 7 people, it was very small. And there were no cleaning products provided to ensure we could clean the kitchen properly. But all in all we had a very comfortable stay. Will definitly re book, will just bring an esky next time!

Whilst we enjoyed the location and amenities at the property we did have an issue connecting the the Wifi and our message to the property manager was unresponsive.

Property was great and would stay again. The only negatives were that cleaning, sweeping and removing rubbish, wine bottles, cardboard boxes, bins) from previous guest was not completed.

Best holiday house

It’s been a while since we’ve been able to find the right holiday house in Apollo Bay. This is definitely it. Amazing views, well serviced with lots of homely touches. Very clean and fantastic floor plan. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Perfect Stay

The property was exactly as shown on the website. The location was perfect, being in a quiet area but within walking distance to all the amenities of Apollo Bay. The house was very clean and the furnishings were in good condition. There was a great supply of crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils. The views from the living room and balcony were very good. The whole experience dealing with Homeaway/Stayz and Great Ocean Road holidays was trouble free. Would have no hesitation in staying in the property again and would recommend to anyone.

We stayed at cape vista for 3 nights the place was situated in a great location walking distance to shops and beautiful beach . The place had everything you need in it games DVD etc property was clean lots of wood supply we were very happy thank you for a great stay we will return

Nice property but onerous booking conditions

The house is very nice and in a great location. It was fairly well supplied. Electric blankets and usable instructions would have been helpful as it was cold, also coffee for machine and spare toilet paper - we were only there for the weekend so not much time to shop. The requirements for a bond form, a list of fines for not putting away crockery or putting bins out, and a long list of cleaning up that we were meant to do (the latter only provided after we'd collected keys) is unlike any other accommodation that I've ever been in, and not appreciated since we were literally only there for 36 hours. The property is fine, but I wouldn't use anything run by these agents again, the requirements are just too onerous if one is on holiday.

Pretty Good

The property provided the most amazing beds + bedsheets I've ever hired and slept on so far! The view from the house was quite lovely. The kitchen was VERY well equipped with even things other properties wouldn't have provided. However, the oven was left very unclean and used and the fridge was small. There were lots of family genre DVDs and board games which were perfect for a family with children. One thing I'd have to say that we were really disappointed in was that the house in general was quite dirty and dusty and there were quite a few insects in the house, including dead moths on the floor. It's understandable that the house might've not been used in a long time but it still would've been nice it was left fresh and clean for new incomers.
