Welcome to this three bedroom two bath split floor plan home in a gulf community.
Terrazzo floors throughout the entire home.
Private master suite with king bed, walk in closet, and a work space area.
First guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet.
Second guest bedroom has two twin beds.
Formal dinning with seating for six or more.
Home is great for entertaining.
Private lanai overlooking pool.
Pool has screened in cage with screen doors to back yard.
Back yard is fenced in.
On site washer dryer.
Wifi and cable tv.
Two televisions and a collection of dvd's.
Six miles to Siesta Beach or seven miles to Lido Beach.
Master suite is opposite of the other bedrooms and separated by the main living spaces.

To whom it may concern; Wonderful place to stay big pool house has plenty of room safe neighborhood a few hiccups but owner responded quickly trustworthy with all concerns would stay again! Close to everything beaches,shopping 24 hour Walmart near by many attraction to visit fine dinning 10 minutes away Armand’s circle.

This was a new area for us but we loved this location,close to everything. Getting to a beach was never a problem. Plenty of space,very well suppied to get you up and enjoying quickly. Everything working .as.expected

Perfect location!

This property is in the PERFECT location to enjoy Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota and St. Armand's! We found ourselves no more than a 15 minute drive to all the places we love to visit and the most amazing beaches in Florida. We also loved that it is a dog friendly rental too which was a huge help to us for our extended stay. The house is very spacious, clean and well appointed for a long term stay. We loved having a full kitchen and laundry for our summer-long stay at this property. It really felt like home! It was great to have the pool for the hot summer months and the weekly pool services kept it maintained without us having to worry about it. Weekly lawn service also added to the maintenance-free stay. I highly recommend this property for its amenities, location and responsive management. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful home weekend thanks fenced yard and a nice pool. All necessities were provided!

Property owner was great with communication and check in was great. We enjoyed this rental a lot. Having a fenced yard was great for our two dogs. The pool was great, we swam every day! Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors.
