Nicest Condo in Brian Head

We had family in a 3/bd condo across the garage and ours was much nicer and more modern. It was well appointed, comfortable and easy in/ easy out.

Small cozy condo

Not a bad place for the price. Had enough space for 6 of us but probably about the max to feel comfortable. Clean on the inside and stayed plenty warm

Quick ski trip

The location was close to ski lifts with easy access and heated garage which was nice. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed. One slight drawback, a lot of stairs, the condo is on the 3rd floor so it's a hike, not a big deal if your in shape. A good place to stay for two couples, Thank you

Wonderful condo!

This is our second 2 bedroom condo at copperchase and it was lovely! The bunk beds in the second room was so nice to leave the living room a place to gather. Bob was an incredible host, super responsive to emails and went above and beyond for us to have the most ideal stay! Thank you!

Ski trip

The skiing was great along with the property however the 3rd floor was a bummer Definitely no longer ski in ski out with the construction of new condos slope side. The shuttle worked great.

Perfectly lovely

Couldn't have found a better deal! This property is directly across the street from main chair lifts. Pleanty of beds for the family and with 2 bathrooms made it easier for the family. This unit comes with everything needed including a classic arcade game "my 4 yr old is a pro now" to play during your down time. Not one complaint about our stay. The few steps to the top make the view across the tree line worth while!

Family friendly condo near the slopes

Close to the ski lodge and family friendly. There’s a Pac-Man arcade game and multiple gaming consoles. There’s unlimited hot cocoa and coffee pods. Beautiful views from the condo and a gas fireplace. There’s an indoor pool and hot tub in the next building. Its a great escape from the digital world. Wi-Fi is dodgy. We brought books and board games. There’s garage parking on the first floor of the building which is awesome for security and convenience. The HOA does not maintain fire exits. Two stairwell doors were obstructed with 5 feet of snow so the garage is the only way in or out.

Hi Elizabeth, thanks for taking the time to review your stay. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following: - We're glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and all it has to offer! - The doors you refer to are just for deck access and not designed to be emergency exits. - There is a window escape ladder in the closet that can be used to exit from the window. Also, the stairwell is built and maintained with safety in mind. - To clarify, HOA does clear the decks, but not every minute of the day due to the unusually heavy snowfall this season. Thanks again for sharing your feedback!

Great place minus the flights of stairs to get there

The condo was very nice! Athough I wish the ad would have put that we have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the condo and there are NO elevators. The staircase is fairly tight so it was hard to bring up all the luggage.. Other than that the condo was beautiful.. There were arcade games and video games for the kids to play which was really nice to have. The condo was in a great location. My kids were able to go down to the brain head resort and play with all the activities that were going on for 4th of July. They even walked home.. Unfortunately, the pool was so cold we could barely touch it. The Jacuzzi however was nice and warm and we did enjoy that. Overall it was a very nice place and we would consider staying there again.

Good location and great space

The place was good. Enough space and close to the activities we had planned. Our complaint is the clubhouse area. The laundry rooms coin dispenser did not work and the work out room had no way to wipe down the equipment which is concerning when we are in a pandemic.

Hi Amber, the homeowner has asked us to share this response: Thank you for the feedback. I do know that the property has gone to great lengths to keep things safe during the pandemic. I will pass on the info to the HOA president about the weight room and the coin machine not working.

Good location but needs work

Great location but needs work. Beds are comfortable but pillows are not. Had to go buy pillows at Walmart. Needs much better cleaning and upkeep. Needs better kitchen items rather than a mix of old pots and pans and random bits.
Response from VrboOwner on 10 May 2022
Hi there, Thanks for your feedback - we're glad that you enjoyed the condo's great location! - The homeowner will look into whether the pillows need replacing - The cookware and dishes are not brand-new, but they are not old and the owner has recently added a new InstaPot as well The owner always appreciates hearing how they can make their rental better for their next guests, and they hope that you keep them in mind for your future travels.

Very comfortable and convenient

This condo was the perfect sized space for our family of 5. We loved: 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths, the indoor pool and hot tub, ski in to Navajo and shuttle, parking garage, dining table for 6 big enough for family dinners, Keurig coffee machine. Cons: walking up 3 stories at altitude takes your breath away! I would not recommend for those that have difficulty climbing stairs. Also, the internet was very slow and our cell phones did not get great reception (Sprint). Tip: If you want your heated garage parking space overnight, be home for the night around dinner time and stay put!

Nice stay

We had a great time location wasn’t bad was obviously on the third floor which we knew with a 6 & 2 year-old made it a little tedious. They were ceiling fans in the two bedrooms but it was pretty warm even with all the windows open possible floor fans needed to cool off was unable to sleep the first night otherwise it was a nice stay. Love the access to the pool and also had a foosball table and was located short driving distance next to all the summer activities.
