All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Spacious and inviting.

The Villa offered ample space for our group of 9. We were able to spend time together as well as some alone time when needed. We really loved the screened porch overlooking the golf course. We spent a lot of time sitting and enjoying each other in that area due to the shade from the beautiful oaks.

Peaceful

We absolutely loved our stay. It was so nice and was peaceful, and it was close to everything. We loved that the beach was right down the road. The house fit us all, it was comfortable and perfect for us. It was clean and you guys were so easy to get ahold of when we needed anything, we just loved it. Thank you so much for letting us stay. And we really hope we get to come again and rent from you all again.

Perfect for a large family

This condo is perfect for a large family. Beds are ok... and we had a problem with the water heater that couldn't be gixed while we were there which made taking showers alittle difficult. But overall enjoyed our stay

Review

Property was well-maintained, only issue we had were ants inside. Didn’t have enough pans but when we requested a blender we got it right away so the kids were very happy with that overall great stay thank you will be back.

Pleasant stay with unexpected guests

We liked the location but were not happy with the cockroaches in the unit. They were found throughout the unit. Did not expect to find these in the unit.

The staff in the communication was great. The property is in a great neighborhood and great location in reference to the beach and the restaurants, however the condo is not in good condition. Seems like it’s not being kept up as it should. The sofas are extremely old dirty and the cushions smell horrible with bad stains smelling like urine. Our group was 10 people and all beds felt as if you were sleeping on pallets not comfortable at all. The shower downstairs you could not control the water temperature. It was either cold or scorching hot because the handle was broken. We killed two roaches in the living room while we were there. And I check out when we were following the instructions of how we had to leave the unit, one of them stated to strip the beds and the pillow covers when we did we realized, and found all the pillows with nasty yellow stain marks. The condo has potential, but they have to invest to get it up to par. I hate leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately, I do not recommend staying unless it is updated and kept up properly. The agency handling the Rental was great very communicative and provided excellent information. I’m sure there may be some other condos in this community that are great.

Great trip!

The room had plenty of space and everything we needed for the stay. Some of the staff was unfriendly/ rude but overall it was a very nice stay. Super close to stores, restaurants and the beach.

RELAXING TIME

House had plenty of space to accommodate my family of 10 as it is huge.. grocery stores was 5 min away and the beach 7 mins away and not crowded we really enjoy our stay here.

Spring break

Everything went smoothly, the only problems being that there are not enough pots and pans to cook a meal nor there enough towels for the amount of people that can stay in the condo. Also we were traveling with 9 children and were incredibly disappointed that the out door pool was not able to be used because it was awaiting and inspection. I would of NEVER booked had this been disclosed. There was a tiny dumpy indoor pool but it closed at 6 pm and the hot tub was broken. So we were pretty disappointed with the situation.
