Whether you're looking to plan a family vacation, a relaxing retreat, or a few rounds of golf with your friends, the Club Villas at Sea Trail offer great accommodations for you and your group. Club Villas two-bedroom suites feature two double beds in each bedroom. All bedrooms come with their own spacious bathroom attached. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings. ***PLEASE NOTE: Photos do NOT represent actual unit. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
