A 15 minute stroll to either Redondo Beach Pier or Hermosa Beach Promenade. Who needs a car? The relaxing Master Bedroom boasts a comfortable King Bed, spacious bathroom and closet. Bright Guest Bedroom has Queen Bed, Daybed and Trundle. Perfect for families and kids! Private bathroom, with large tub and shower as well. There is a half bath downstairs adjacent to the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Queen fold out sofa is in the den. Updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and amenities. Relaxing Patio and umbrella. Rustic dining table with bench seating, seats 8. Wifi, fast internet, basic cable and a AppleTV box provided upstairs in Living Room. Den downstairs also has 48" flat screen with a DVD player, perfect for movie night, or game room. Bring your own Xbox or Wi. HDMI cable ready. Or can be used as a remote office, complete with a shredder, and desk. Attached, large 1 car garage with private washer and dryer. PLEASE INQUIRE.

Why they chose this property

This property is tranquil and calming. Bright and beauitiful. Close enough to the buzz of the beach, but far enough away to offer tranquility and peace. This townhouse is perfect for familes and has been perfect for mine. It is a place that my family and kids will always remember as we build summer and winter memories here. Less than a 5 minute walk to breakfast and the beach on The Strand fills our mornings. Walking to the local farmers market and free concerts on the pier during the summer months is always a fun outing. Not to mention, wonderful restaurants and nightlife on the HB Promenade is right at our fingertips. The running trail know as The Greenbelt, is basically right outside our door.

What makes this property unique

Work from home! Downstairs is the den where one can have some privacy and work in a home like office. Or quarantine the kids downstairs to watch movies and play video games on a 48" flat screen while mom and dad unwind with a glass of wine on the patio.
