We had a wonderful trip in destin. So peaceful and a beautiful location. There was not alot of shampoo and conditioner. I try not to bring things they usually have. Had fans which was convenient. There is zero beach towel so bring your own for sure!! We had some so it was not a bad thing just informing they dont supply those or pool towel. They have everything you need so far as vacuum, iron, washer, dryer, blow dryers! We will definitely be back we loved the location and space we had! Thank you again

Wonderful stay and experience with Realjoy! We stayed in east pass 207z Excellent, clean, and convenient for a relaxing holiday! Lucas with Realjoy was fabulous . We had a minor issue , contacted Realjoy and Lucas was there within the hour to correct ! This location is excellent for anyone with wheelchair needs . Location has wheelchair ramp for pool and jacuzzi.The boardwalk outside of condo has a ramp that assists with wheelchair accessible beachfront ! Condo has elevators. Definitely need a vehicle , uber or lyft if you travel for anything at all.Although right on the Harbor, east pass is not within walking distance to the shops , restaurants , etc… however , there is a water taxi or beach water shuttle you can purchase a weekly pass to get around ! All in all, fabulous experience.

The condo on Holiday Isle was in the perfect location, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out towards the harbor. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach and boardwalk. However, the condo could use some TLC. The kitchen had NO drinking glasses, only plastic one, but approximately 15 wine glasses. The kitchen was sparsely stocked for cooking and preparing meals.The carpet entering the guest bedroom was ripped and torn, the rug in the living area was worn and dirty. The toilet in the guest bathroom looked like a toddlers toilet, I have never seen anything like it and last but not least there was a disgustingly dirty and torn doormat at the balcony entrance from the living area. I gave 4 stars for this condo primarily because of the great location and price. It has great potential, just need some TLC.

The directions are a little confusing, we stayed in East Pass, but all the doors had an "N" on them. Everythings was nice and clean but could use some upgrades on the master bedroom carpet and the blinds were very difficult to open and close, a couple of the hooks were off and I couldn't get them back on. On the liani there was an old beat up matt that needs replacing. All in all it was good experience.

Good family location

Nice location for family. Beach and coves next to building are wonderful! Off the beaten path which we like that style of vacation. Short drive to docks and area attractions.

Loved

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! I would recommended it to anyone with little children. My kids loved the pool and the beach (that is private to the condo) it’s quite in the area and just what we was looking for!

Beautiful view

Very nice and safe property. Gorgeous views of the HarborWalk and the gulf. Very clean and convenient to everything. Only downfall was construction going on in tower 2 and beside us.

East Pass never disappoints

Super location in what I call "old" Destin. View of the Harbor is excellent. The property suits all our needs. You can't go wrong with this choice.

Nice Place, Quiet Location

We enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient, fabulous, good views, and very quiet. It was probably the week we were there, but we had the pool mostly to ourselves. The unit is a little older but fairly well maintained overall. Great communication from the renter with easy check in and check out processes.

Enjoyed our stay

It was our first time vacationing in Destin and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The location of our property was great and the condo was clean and what we needed. The only downside was there was a lot of construction and outside noise from the property and park next to us. Otherwise, it was great and highly recommend.

Nice Location, Layout of Space, Beautiful View

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the unit was spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us. I was worried about the cleanliness after seeing some reviews, but I had no issues, thought it was just fine. My favorite part is its location on Holiday Isle, the O’Steen Beach Trail, and Destin Harbor. We had so much fun watching the boats in the harbor. Definitely recommend, and I would also stay here again.
