This fabulous two-bedroom & two-bathroom loft (1350 sq. feet) is located-steps away from Old San Juan (25 mins scenic walk), the lagoon of Condado (10 min walk), a large variety of restaurants, and some of the best beaches in the area (5-7 min walk to Escambron beach) The unit is exquisitely furnished and fully stocked, with a king and a queen bed. It is located in the Atlantis condominium with concierge access, 24-hour security service, access to garage parking space, and gym.

Clean & Perfect Location

The condo was very well equipped, clean and in very good condition. The location of the condo is walking distance to Old San Juan and other things.

We stayed at the condo for a two days before we set sail on our cruise with Royal Carribean. This property is absolutely beautiful. It's more than enough space for four adults (2 couples). You have a spacious dining table, a super comfortable sectional to sit and relax and watch TV. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. It was nice to have a washer and drier available to use. We did take advantage of it. Talk about home away from home! You are a five minute walk away from a beautiful beach. We walked to the beach every morning and stopped at a local coffee shop on the for coffee and fruit. We could have made coffee there at the condo, but our rule is to try something new everyday on vacation. And, on the way back we stopped and picked up some emanates for lunch. The host did provide beach towels and chairs if we wanted to use them at the beach, but we were more out for sight seeing. It's a 6 minutes uber ride to the Pan American Pier. Fogo De Chao is only a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute uber ride. I love the safety factor, you had a concierge at the front desk 24/7 and that you could not get to your floor with having an elevator card. Dahliana, our host, was easy to reach and was quick to respond when we had questions. Overall, we would be staying here again next time we visit Puerto Rico and we would recommend this place to our friends and family.

The condo is exactly as pictured. We had a clean comfortable stay and enjoyed the room for two couples. The location was central between Condado and Old San Juan making walking easy to see everything. The host was very accommodating giving information and responding in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Everything was perfect!

This condo had a great location. Close to Old San Juan and we spent our first day there. It was nicely decorated and had a nice view of the bay. Comfortable for 4 adults with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner is very nice and answered our questions in a timely manner. Will stay here again!
