This home is ultra modern, yet super cozy , a true home away from home in a PRIME location . This home is actually IN THE ISLES, with a 6 minute walk to Fisherman's Village, a unique waterfront destination which includes specialty shops, 7 restaurants and a 98-slip marina. You can also reserve several different boat tours from Fisherman's Village.

One of the few homes in the Isles that is pup friendly, our home has a fenced in area along the shady side of the house to let your fur baby enjoy the great outdoors while saying safe and secure! Don't have a pup? You would NEVER KNOW we've ever had one stay with us, the cleaning procedures and rules regarding fur babies keep the house immaculately clean, no worries!

Our central location will make accessing a network of more than 18 miles of paved trails with amazing views quick and easy for your cycling or walking pleasure. Our prime location will also allow you to walk through the quaint and historic part of town within 15 minutes or to the pickle ball courts. Let the pictures of the interior of our home speak for themselves, with a new kitchen that is truly the heart of the home and 2 separate living and dining spaces for enjoying time with your friends and family. Designed for a whole lot of outdoor living, the lanai space offers a generous amount of space under cover of roof to enjoy in any kind of weather. Two of our three bedrooms lead out to the lanai as well as one of the bathrooms. The dock is over sized if you are a boat owner or renter with a quick boat ride to the open water within a mile of town center ~ not just a "Punta Gorda address".

Due to the extensive water features as well as our home not being child proofed in any fashion, we regret that we can not welcome any person under the age of 21 to stay or visit the property during your stay.

This house is our home , not just a business. We would appreciate your telling us a little about yourself and your fur baby's size and breed PRIOR to making a reservation request (kind of like introducing yourself to a new neighbor?) Please do not combine your reservation request with your introduction. The information about yourself and your party as well as discussion between us will help us both figure out if it's a good fit. We actually will not accept a reservation request without some type of introduction prior to your putting your credit card information to make an actual reservation request. Our take on this whole house sharing thing is that you are our houseguest and we are your host - MORE personal than business truly.

Please note that Punta Gorda Isles is a DEED RESTRICTED neighborhood that does not allow boat trailers to be parked on the roads or in the driveways at any time. It will be necessary for you to rent a space for your trailer during your stay. RVs are also not allowed to be parked on the roads or in the driveways except by permit from the city with a limit of 7 days on that permit. Please make all of the necessary arrangements for your boat trailer or RV/motor home well ahead of your arrival.
