Newly Built Private Large Studio Apt in Arlington

This studio is a brand new (construction completed 2018) apt above our garage separated (but attached) to the main house with a private entrance. This well-designed space features a queen bed, full kitchen and living room, full bathroom, washer/dryer, and plenty of built in hidden storage spaces (including in the floor, steps, and bedroom dividing wall). There is ample street parking on all sides of the house. Come enjoy this ultra quiet cozy apartment as your perfect home away from home!!

This was the perfect place for our needs of visiting family, not needing a car (12 minute walk to our favorite coffee and bus to Metro through lovely neighborhoods. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Creative use of a small space with lots of light. Able to prepare small meals.

Superb Hospitality

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Easy access to Clarendon, Rosslyn, the Metro, and DC. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The hosts did a fabulous job and made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommended!

Louis and his wife were a delight to host. As former VRBO hosts, they know how to take care of a place as guests and did an excellent job keep it in great shape. They are ideal guests and just lovely people all around. We would definitely recommend them and would love to host them again!

This apartment is a gem!!

I could not be happier with the apartment. It was absolutely perfect for what I needed. As described and would definately stay here again if in the area. So quiet and had everyrhing I needed and more! The use of space is such that it seems so much larger than it is with the high ceilings. Very clean and like new. The bed was very comfortable too. Tastefully decorated and so much storage space! Parking is plentiful and neighborhood felt very safe. Neighbors even greeted me and engaged in conversation. Uber into DC for less.than $10 most of the time and Metro passes were even provided.
