Well presented 2 bedroom property with fabulous views at Otaki Beach

Rata Street is a well appointed two bedroom property at Otaki Beach, on a high elevated section with big views from a deck that wraps around the property. At the front are awesome sea views and at the rear are great views towards the Tararua ranges and Otaki Forks. This property will suit a couple, or two couples, who want a relaxing beach holiday.

The property has been recently renovated and is well appointed with a new kitchen. There is a big TV with fast fibre internet for Netflix etc. The house is warm in winter with a firebox in the living room and lots of dry wood.

Please note that to keep costs down for our guests, linen is not included. We also have no cleaning fee. The arrangement is simply to "leave it tidy, like you found it".

With the awesome views comes a steep driveway! It's not suitable for caravans, trailers, motor homes etc. They can be parked on the street.

There's lots to do around Otaki and we have a guide book with tons of ideas. * If you are an international traveller without linen, please ask and we can normally make arrangements for you.
* Otaki is located an hour north of Wellington International Airport on the Kapiti Coast. The drive is on a modern motorway. Car rentals are available at the airport. There is also a scenic coastal road which is awesome on a sunny day.
