This cute, well located 1970's Spanish style open plan, fully fenced corner batch has provided many happy family moments for the owners and they are now making it available for others to share.

Situated directly across the road from the main public access to Kapiti's best and most swimming friendly beach in the exclusive old beach area of Waikanae.

Walking distance to cafe's and restaurants (One Minute to closest), the boat club, beach launch and bus stops.

Conveniently located across from the beach, restaurants and four square dairy just a 10 minute walk. A lovely walk around the lagoon 12 minutes walk away. Bus stop across the street. Bach owner pleasant and obliging. Laundry available. Suitable for families or just simply to take a break and enjoy the beach and recharge your energy!

Great holiday bach

Really enjoyed staying here. Kid friendly and all the amenities we needed. Short walk to playground, 4square and cafes. Beach just across the road. Would defiinitely reccomend!

Good place for family getaway

Nice for family getaway. Older place and a bit damp but price reflects that compared to others in the area. Great location for family close to beach and a great Thai restaurant. Would stay again.
