Your courtyard entrance opens into your private living quarters. Your fully equipped kitchen and delightful dining area looks out through a wall of windows to the courtyard garden. You are also welcome to dine outside on the courtyard table and use the outside grill. From the dining room, step through the French doors into the classy comfort of your living room, where you can unwind, read, or watch TV. Next, walk through to the bedrooms. The light and airy master bedroom overlooks the courtyard and has a queen bed. The second bedroom shares the bathroom and has a trundle bed which easily makes a bed for two. If needed, the living room couch pulls out into a queen bed. Pine Hill is always stocked with gourmet coffee, linens, towels, and bath products.

The entire Garden Home is all yours! Your Garden Home is attached to the main house, but completely private. You are welcome to use the courtyard. Enjoy sitting outside and using the grill. The washer and dryer is available and accessible in the entrance hall as you enter.

Historic Midtown is the ideal location for any visit to Tallahassee. It is a stone's throw away from the Florida Capital. Just a stroll away, you will find Midtown's restaurants, libations, and live music. By day, Midtown provides shopping and cafes. Downtown Tallahassee, hospitals, colleges and the stadium, Gaines Street arts, and the convention center are all within a 3 mile radius. It was a very good price, and everything was clean and organized. The only wierd thing was the thermostat - it is controlled remotely by the host which was a little awkward.Another positive was the futon is a good one, so you can count it as a bed for sure. :)

Cute little cottage at the back of the main house, it was quiet and comfortable. It is in what I call a safe neighborhood and is centrally located. I stayed there for my work. The kitchen is a kitchenette, but it was all I needed. The bathroom was tiny but very cute. I loved it and would stay again.

We love staying here because our daughter/son in law live just around the corner! The unit is perfect for us, and we enjoy our stay. This was our second time. I only wish there was a larger kitchen.

Close to FSU, but far enough away to relax and unwind after day on campus. The host has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom is small but so if you have 4 people it will take some time for everyone shower. The outdoor living space is a bonus. It is in a quiet neighborhood so if you’re looking for the party scene this is not it. I will definitely stay here again.

Disappointed with this VRBO rental. Was on property from May - Aug for a work assignment. The concrete driveway is lopsided and the gutter drain was directed onto the concrete so when it rained - the driveway flooded and I hadto traverse the flooded driveway to enter the VRBO in the rear of the house.The VRBO is small and is just part of a larger (yet still modestly small) house which one shares with another resident/guest. That other resident/ guest has a separate entrance/exit access in the front and rear although they could also use the same rear entrance/exit door which the renter of the VRBO being reviewed here would use.A large tree limb fell on the driveway from a neighbor's large overgrown oak and nearly crushed my car. I informed the owners who promptly called a tree service to remove dead parts of the tree which overhung the driveway. Their response was swift, however, this tree is a genuine hazard to any person accessing the rear entrance. I had frequent plumbing problems (clogged and would not drain) in the kitchen and bathroom which the owners addressed promptly by sending out a plumber. After a while, I stopped contacting the owners and just lived with the backups and clogs in the plumbing.The water temperature in the bathroom shower and sink was a challenge. The sink water took an inordinate amount of time to heat up in the morning and the shower water would suddenly turn ice cold during a warm shower. One positive neighborhood is quiet.

A great home away from home

This property had everything we needed for a weeklong stay in Tallahassee. The amenities were appreciated. The location was great as we had to be at the Capitol everyday. Communication with the host was easy, too. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy comfort

Had a short, but great stay for parents weekend at Florida State. Location was a very walkable pleasant neighborhood and very quiet …was about a 10 minute ride to all the activities that we came to Tallahassee for. Would definitely stay again.
