MARCH DATES UNEXPECTEDLY AVAILABLE - CONTACT ME AND LET'S MAKE A DEAL! We welcome - adults, small children and pets to our home. Please contact me for restrictions. We have everything your dog could wish for - dog towels, treats, fully fenced back yard laid out to sandy beach so that he doesn't get sand spurs in his pads. We've also thought of you - 2bed/2bath open plan concept living areas with private pool in half acre fully fenced (6ft) yard for complete privacy. Also comes with pull out double couch in living room. Home will accommodate four to six. Close to all amenities including shopping (5min), flea markets, beaches 10min away, lots of bars and restaurants some walking distance, Tampa Airport is 25min south of the property. Orlando airport is approx. 1 hour east. Conservation parks close by with lots of wildlife and kayaking. St. Pete's is great for sea doo rentals only 20mins away. Pick your own lemons/limes (in season). Cooking includes BBQ, stove, toaster oven, air fryer, fridge with ice maker, food mixer, microwave. Bed linens and towels included. All you have to do is consult your pet/ book and come stay at our Port Richey home!

We stayed at this house for almost three weeks, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Ray was incredibly responsive —not just responsive also proactive and checked in on us. anytime we needed anything (especially with the pool), he was just a call or message away. The pool was perfectly warm and such a treat to enjoy daily.The location truly can’t be beat. The house is centrally located and close to the beach, trails, rivers, and plenty of shopping, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer.Lyn and Ray are amazing hosts, and the home itself is comfortable,, and made our extended stay feel effortless. We would absolutely stay here again.

Pup paradise

Overall experience was pleasant. Having a private pool to use at anytime was great and being able to bring our pup along was just an added bonus. Would certainly stay again.

honeymoon beach and three sisters springs retreat

the property was very nice and we brought our 3 dogs which the back yard was perfect. we really enjoyed the pool which was much bigger than the pictures show. if you stay at this property honeymoon beach is a must and also a kayak tour at three springs sisters kayak tour is a must as well. it is an hour north on highway 19 but worth the drive

Awesome Time Once Again!!

This is the 2nd time that we stayed at Lyn's vacation home. Great experience and Lyn and Ray we awesome if we needed assistance. Central location to everything, lots of space to roam on the property with a great space for the dogs in the fenced in back yard. We can't wait to go again next year. G & D Dumontelle.

Great dog friendly home

We enjoyed our stay at Jasmine Estates. The pool was throughly enjoyed by our company and especially our Yellow Lab Willow. Im sure she is in withdrawal from leaving this lovely house. Contact with the owner was great and speedy reply to all requests. WE hope to stay there again next year. The house has all the needs that renters would want.

Relaxing in the sun!

This property had everything we were looking for. When travelling with a Golden retreiver...its not always easy to find a place. Lyn definetly is an animal lover. This houze is amazing for pets. Easy to keep clean. We lovex our stau there. We would rent again. Area is great for shopping...hiking...beaches are close. Ray looked after all our needs. Thank you both.

Overall was very nice. Some small details could be better.

Had everything we wanted. Pool was very nice and warm. The water in the house could have been hotter ( was not able to get a bath warm enough for me). Reclining chairs were very comfortable for watching TV which had plenty of content. Some instructions would have been useful. Thank you for this rental.

Home while waiting for our home.

We enjoyed the stay. It was a life safer, for we were building a new home and this home fit all our needs while we were waiting for our home to be done. We experienced an excellent host and responded within minutes to any emails I sent her. The person who over saw the house was so very helpful at all times. I would recommend this home to anyone especially if you have dogs, it is set up perfectly for them with a nice secure back yard. Thanks again. Dawn & Lou Sept 2023

House was nice.

The house was nice. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but we had no issues. The house had everything you would need for your stay. Just need to bring food. The pool was wonderful. The last couple of days the pool was starting to turn green. My suggestions check bedding to make sure it has been washed as well as the silverware/dishes. One bed the linens were clean the other was NOT!! Found dirty silverware in the drawer. I did go through and washed everything including the silverware holder. Besides the few issues we in countered we had a really nice stay.

Our 2nd stay was just as perfect as 1st

This is our 2nd year with this vacation home and it was exactly the same. Perfect! As school teachers it was a neighborhood that was quiet and kid free. Yippee! I was hit with a $100 dog fee that was unexpected as it was not listed on website but my little Hoover is worth it. He loved floating with me in the pool. It was perfect weather and the pool temps stayed about 86. The house was fully furnished and comfortable. There was new padded outdoor seating which was nice. There is a very large barking dog next door so if your fur baby is an answerer (like mine) you might not get as much peace as you would like but Hoover finally figured out he was no match for the big guy so he settled. There are so many restaurants and shops to keep you interest and guess what...they almost all deliver! Whoot whoot hardly any cooking. All in all a very enjoyable and restful way to spend our vacation.

Excellent!

I don't understand why anyone would leave bad feedback for this property. I have 3 medium sized dogs and I have a very hard time booking anything with them. Lyn had no problems with the dogs. I booked for 4 weeks in Oct and the pool heater kept the pool 90 the whole time. The dogs loved the back yard and cleaning up the mess in sand is super easy. The house is great if you have dogs and obviously will not be 100% because they except dogs. Lyn is very at responding as well. Ray had no problems fixing any issues that did arise while I was there. A couple of issue I just fixed myself but I am that type of person. Ray would have been able to fix them though if I couldn't. I will totally stay there again in the future.

Perfect for us is the word I would use

At first glance the neighborhood looked a little dicey, but it turns out it was quiet and safe. The house had upgrades that the website didn't tell us about but all for the better. Security lock instead of lock box with key was nice. Individual electric recliners instead of big double recliner were nice but my wife and I like to touch and cuddle while resting. But they were comfortable. I totally loved the pool. So clean and Temps were perfect. There was a huge-ass grill that most would go crazy for. It was a little intimidating for me, that was kind of disappointing, but if I really wanted to use it Ray (the manager) was only a text message away. There were pool towels, toys and anything you could possibly need available. If I could lift and if It could fit, I would have stolen the washer...lol only kidding, but wow the appliances were so updated and easy to use. (Sad note was the side by side fridge had ice/water function that did not work) bought a bag of ice and solved that. Was unusual but surprised at the amount of condiments available in fridge and cabinets. The kitchen cabinets full with everything you need. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were clean ( main bedroom is a lot warmer than livingroom so you probably won't need comforter). We live in rural area so it was awesome to order groceries and dinners all with a lookup on the phone. We did drive around and did little tours around but all in all stayed right by the pool. Oops, I forgot....our little dog loved the fenced yard and the nesting birds were suburb to listen to while floating. If my health were better, I would already reserve this home again next year...not for 10 days but for longer. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay. I highly recommend this home for anyone with a need to get away and just relax!

DO NOT USE VRBO AND DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY

VRBO does not have your best interest in mind and this owner is the worst I have dealt with in over 8 years STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! The neighborhood does not feel safe, is not close to beaches, and you cannot walk to restaurants or entertainment. The neighbors have multiple cars parked on the lawns, one is even a tow truck company that constantly drives by your bedroom at all hours. We booked this property based solely on the pool and upon arrival it was green and unusable. Contacted the owner, no response for over an hour, the property manager lives across the street, he was not available at check in to address concerns. Called VRBO and spent over 40 hours of my vacation time on the phone with them, was hung up on by both tier1 and tier 2 at least 3 times each after waiting in ques for hours. Finally got through and voiced my concerns and VRBO could not even reach the owner. Property Manager Ray came by and said we will get it clear sometime this week. After chemicals were placed in it Tuesday he told us to wait 48 more hours. We woke up to the pool pump making awful noises every day of our stay because it was low on water. We filled it up with the hose, thinking we were doing the owner a favor, since Ray was clearly not taking care of it. The owner tried to charge us $250 for this leak citing multiple days of water usage,, when we were only allowed to use the pool for 1 day of our stay. The entire property is in a horrible state, the bathrooms are sub par, one is even in the garage with no a/c and sweltering heat. The outside of the home has poor inadequate lighting rear lights are on an extension cord through a window and only half of them work, the front door is difficult to use, the windows in the rear are sealed with tape, all the furniture needs updating, the dishwasher doesn't work, the countertops are held together with duct tape, icemaker isn't hooked up, so you need to buy ice, ceiling fans are loose and may fall down soon. The living room ceiling has water damage and is poorly concealed. VRBO was supposed to envoke the Book With Confidence Guarantee and place us in a similar property, but never did. There was a refund of $200 given and then a charge back of $250, so we were ultimately charged $50 more for our stay and only had pool access for 1 day. The owner thought it was funny, texted me by mistake thinking she was talking to Ray, and stated she was not communicating with us on purpose! BOTTOM LINE- DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!

We had an amazing time with our girls and can't wait to come back next spring!!!!

My husband and I trailered our motorcycles with our two puppies ( 5 year old Rotti Ziva & 1 year old Bullmastiff puppy Zoey) in tow from Sudbury Ontario Canada. We have driven to Florida several times on our bikes, but this is the first time that we have trailered our bikes and brought our girls to Florida and loved the idea that they had a safe fenced in backyard to run in and we wouldn't have to worry about them being left behind at home. The property does permit puppies in the pool, but Lyn provided her puppy paddle pool for our girls, as I did not want them swimming in the pool, they were also happy to have a place to cool down. We all had a great time at Lyn's place with no issues and found the location to be central to everything that we needed. In addition, we had no issues feeling that the neighbourhood was unsafe by any means. I also, can't say enough about Lynn and her property manager, Ray. They were available at a drop of a hat if we needed anything and were so accommodating. Thank you again, Lyn and Ray for the amazing in Florida with our girls. See you next year!! Gilles, Deborah. We loved it!

We loved this location and the house was perfect. We took a 3 year old yellow lab and our 8 yr old lab/terrier mix. My husband and I took the dogs on daily morning walks and the neighbors were all very friendly. when the yellow lab came back he would take his “morning swim”. The house was spacious with a nice layout And close to so many restaurants, beaches and shopping centers. The manager Ray was awesome. He cleaned the pool on a regular basis and solved any issues that came up. He is a great guy and very friendly we absolutely loved him The owner Lyn Underwood was also amazing she responded very quickly to any questions we had. She was welcoming, sweet and very accommodating 😀 she had supplies for our dogs such as towels, treats and doggie bags This house is perfect for four adults with the two bedrooms. The pullout couch would be kid’s only. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation rental

First time renters!

To avoid the cold weather in St. Louis, we chose to spend February in Florida!! Turns out the weather wasn't the greatest but the house was great! Dog friendly and clean! All the amenities were great and the hosts were wonderful! The pool was the greatest!! Heated so we could use it even when it got chilly! Price was right in our ballpark! Had a great time!!

Had a wonderful time! It was nice that it was pet friendly! Plenty of room. Loved the fenced in backyard. Was very close to all shopping. Plan on renting it again in the future.

Accommodating in our time of need

Lyn has a beautiful pool home and has a property manager nearby for any concerns that may arise. Plenty of space and comfortable beds for all of us. She was extremely kind and accomodating with our flexible schedule. Would highly recommend.

Our best vacation

The home of Lyn Underwood was very nice and clean. The pool was great!! Our kids were in it most of the time. Our 6 year old didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be renting this home again!! When I called her she called me back and the maintenance man was over fixing whatever was wrong right away! Thank you for sharing your home with my family.
