The views are absolutely amazing! It took wine on the deck to a whole nother level. The house had so much room & is set out so everyone gets a bit of privacy. I've never stayed in a house with such a well stocked kitchen before...if you needed it, it was in a draw or a cupboard. Would definitely stay here again 10/10
Beautiful house and would stay again no problems. One thing though floors were quite dusty and a little sticky. A good broom, vacuum and followed by a mop with very hot water would have made it a bit better. We had several in the group of eight who suffered from dust allergies through the week so we had to do a deeper clean to remove the issue. Lounge chairs also very dusty.
We obviously book this property purely online and were not disappointed. The property as depicted online was exactly the way it was presented apart from some different furniture. Beds very comfortable and great A/C in the bedrooms. We are already talking about our next trip to 1770 and staying here again. The kitchen was extremely well equipped.
2nd time staying here. Great place to stay with family or friends. It’s a bit of a walk to the river but we’ll worth it. Amazing sunset views from the deck.
Lovely relaxed location, unfortunately our visit was let down by dirty dishes, benches and fridge on arrival. Downstairs bed really needs replacing (very uncomfortable) and a stick vac would have been handy.
Overall we had a great week where we stayed. Location to beach and marina were good. House had everything we needed so all in all an enjoyable stay. I would recommend others to try 1770

Excellent
We had an excellent stay. The accommidation suited us as a family of 4 adult and 2 small children with the upstairs and downstairs seperate sleeping areas. There was large open area's with lots of room for relaxing, socialising and enjoying the afternoon sunset. We found that the hill was a little steep for a pram so had to drive most places. On the whole a very enjoyable stay.
