Centrally located condo within walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, events, and the Riverwalk. The condo features an open floor plan with loft and two-story great room with hand-hewn log railing and banister. There is a spacious kitchen with excess counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. Includes three bedrooms, two full baths plus a half-bath, washer and dryer, dedicated Wi-Fi, patio, and garage. There are two king beds, twin-over-full bunk bed in the third bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living room, plus a day bed in the sitting room; sleeps eight comfortably with five separate sleeping areas. The vaulted ceilings welcome you into the living room with gas fireplace, and the kitchen is well-equipped for long stays. This is a two-story home. No smoking or pets, please. This home is located at 363 Virginia Drive, Estes Park, CO, 80517. Sleeps eight people (maximum of 3 cars on property).
