Relax and unwind in this spacious 3 bedroom unit located on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beaches, next to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Renovated in December, 2019 with a bright coastal style in mind, this condo features lots of space and amenities for the perfect vacation

- Open concept kitchen with island, granite & quartz & new appliances
- Farmhouse style dining table to enjoy home cooked meals
- Living room with 60" flatscreen TV, pullout couch
- Massive 30ft balcony (spanning the living room & master bedroom) with high top table and chairs
- Southeast facing view from the balcony
- Gorgeous master bedroom with King bed, TV, closet space and a relaxing vibe
- Two guest bedrooms with Queen Beds, TV's and closets in each
- Two remodeled bathrooms (one with stand up shower the other with tub/shower)
- In suite washer/dryer in the kitchen
- Beach essentials (4 chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards and toys)
- Free parking & wifi
- Please note that the daily pool hours are 8am - dusk. From 8am to 9:30am it is reserved for quiet adult swim time and 9:30 - dusk is for everyone.

Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Downtown Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo and much more are close. Disney and the Orlando Airport is 45 minutes away.
