Enter this estate through beautiful iron gates. Drive up the winding driveway to the turning circle and formal fountain. Enjoy the lush greenery of the trees that wrap you in total privacy. Walk the grounds and listen to the sounds of the waterfall and pound. Take a swim in the heated salt water pool or relax in the out door hot tub. Sit under the covered veranda while grilling lunch or dinner.

Like to cook? Then the Viking kitchen is for you. Entertain guests in this open air kitchen with sweeping views of the lawn and its plantings. Or perhaps sink into a sofa in the living room and sip wine next to the warm glow of the marble fireplace.

All of our bedrooms are well appointed. Second floor bedrooms are en-suites, complete with marble baths, hand made sinks and English faucets. The primary suite boasts its own sitting room and fireplace. The primary bath is designed for those who like to indulge themselves. It has a rain head shower with steam, a sunken Jacuzzi tub for two, with a surround sound flat screen television and stereo system.

This estate has catered to some of the most recognizable corporations, individuals and celebrities. It is truly for those with discriminating taste. Additional concierge services available upon request (i.e. butler, maid, chauffeur, masseuse, tennis pros and personal training services).

This house was truly amazing. It was even better than the pictures. There were 8 of us in total and we were all very comfortable. There were 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Everyone was able to have their own space. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make many delicious meals there. We loved that the pool was heated and the outdoor space made for a great space for relaxing. Some of the bedding were a little stained which was off putting, but we reached out to the host about it and they said they would make sure there cleaners would address it. The communication was great and I would definitely book this house again.

We had the most incredible stay at Nicole’s home in East Hampton! The house was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our large group. The location couldn’t have been better, tucked right between East Hampton and Sag Harbor. We loved spending time by the beautiful pool, and the multiple bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and having two washers and dryers in the basement was such a bonus for a longer stay. Nicole was a wonderful host—responsive, thoughtful, and made everything so easy. Truly one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay here!

Great home with lots of space. The pool area is stunning - only wish we got to enjoy it more but the weather wasn't on our side. So close to both Sag Harbor and East Hampton, which are perfect towns to explore with wonderful restaurants and shopping. We will be back!!

Dreamy private home

We had a phenomenal time staying for a long weekend at this gorgeous home. Everything was clean and easy to use, the pool was sparkling and the perfect temperature, the surrounding woods provided lovely privacy, and the kitchen was first class for cooking a big family-style dinner. 10 mins aeay from everuthing Sag Harbor and East Hampton have to offer. Loved every minute. I wish I was there now!

Perfect Girls Weekend!

My girlfriends and I stayed and Zachary and Nicole's place for an early summer weekend to celebrate one of our friends getting married. The house and property are absolutely gorgeous and really just made for a perfect girls weekend! The location was perfect for going to some of the nearby wineries, dinner in Montauk, and an evening at Stephens Talkhouse. Highly recommend!

Large beautiful home with spacious grounds

My wife and i stayed with my two adult children and their spouses. when we arrived, we went up a long, private driveway and knew immediately it would be a great property. We really enjoyed the spaciousness. There was room for everybody to have privacy. And many spaces to be together. my son-in-law barbecued and we ate outside at the outdoor table. Overlooking spacious pool. Well equiped kitchen. The house could have easily accommodated more peopleWe sat together in comfortable communal spaces. We used the gym and was had a great time. Our host responded to questions rapidly. Would be happy to stay again

Amazing 4th of July Stay

I almost don’t want to write this review because I don’t want people to know about this hidden gem but it wouldn’t be fair to Zachary and Nicole. This place is amazing and if you are going to any part of the Hamptons you have to stay at this property. This is estate and home is grand you will be sad on the last day because you wished you booked a longer stay! I’m addition, Zachary and Nicole were so attentive an answered every single question I had. I can’t wait to go back again!

Summer Retreat and Reunion

We rented this house as a place to bring our whole famly together. It was ideal because everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to all be together without being on top of one another. The yard and pool were perfect for hanging out. We all appreciated the attention to detail in the interior design- the home is beautifully appointed. One of the unexpected surprises was the convenience of the location. We found Sag Harbor to be utterly charming and it is less than 5 minutes away. We quickly found short cuts to East Hampton Village. It was the best of both worlds secluded and peaceful with easy access to shopping and restaurants. If we ever needed anything the owner responded personally and truly wanted our experience to be ideal.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into the pages of a lifestyle magazine—only warmer, more personal, and with far better hospitality. Our host was nothing short of exceptional: gracious, intuitive, and genuinely lovely, with every thoughtful set up. The house itself is a masterclass in understated luxury. Every room is beautifully styled with layered linens, soft textures, and just the right touch of coastal charm. The kitchen & dinning room deserves their own love letters. Spacious, sun-filled, and fully equipped for long, leisurely meals. The dishes and serveware were so elegant,the table setting felt like you stepped into a spread in Elle Décor.There were multiple nooks and lounges to slip away to a cozy reading chair here, a breezy corner chaise there. Whether you wanted to curl up with coffee or gather with friends for long, lingering conversations, there was a space that felt made just for the moment.And then there’s the backyard, a lush, green dream. The pool, fire pit coy pond and dreamy fountain all make you want to relax and open a bottle and toast to doing absolutely nothing.Tucked in a quiet, coveted corner of the Hamptons, the location offered the best of both worlds: complete tranquility, with beaches, boutiques, and farmers' markets just a stone’s throw away.I’m already counting down the days until I can return.

Great location and easy to communicate with owners

Pros: Loved the location and every issue we had with the property, the owners were quick to respond. We also thought the backyard was very nice and the main floor is fairly represented in the photos online. Cons: The house needs a lot of updating and better regular maintenance and cleaning. We arrived to find many issues that had not been addressed before we arrived (like broken freezer, broken dishwasher, missing smoke detectors, etc.) Also, two of the bedrooms are in the basement level and there is a strong mildew smell down there and no windows in one of the bedrooms. The guest rooms overall are quite small.

Such a special house!!!

We rented this house for a double celebration, a 40th birthday and Thanksgiving. We had 11 people take a quick train ride from Manhattan to spend this special weekend together. It was less than 10 minutes from the train station and the Jitney drop off. It was close to town so we could run and grab supplies quickly when needed. Upon arrival, you show up to this grand gate that slowly opens into the curvy driveway that leads to the house. The house was beautifully lit from the out side, not to mention the fountain in the driveway. The interiors of this house were gorgeous. The open concept (with 2 fire places) allowed the 11 of us to spend time together without over crowding. And if someone needed time alone there were these great little out-coves where you can retreat to. The fully equipped kitchen and large 14 seat dining room were exactly what a home chef needs to cook up a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The master bedroom was so spacious with its sitting area, fire place and huge bathroom and jacuzzi. All of the other rooms were spacious as well, all with their own bathrooms. The grounds of the house were wonderful too, I can't wait to see what it looks like in the summer. This was the perfect setting for such a special weekend. I couldn't have asked for a nicer house to spend my 40th and Thanksgiving. We all felt so special to be here. The hosts were gracious and very responsive to all my questions. Thank you so much!!

Hamptons Weekend

House was beautiful, a legitimately historic home. Everything was top notch. Beautiful pool and backyard, great location. Only thing missing was shampoo in the showers. Everything else was as needed and as expected.

Weekend getaway

The charm of this house is astonishing! I celebrated my 3rd baby shower there with friends and family and we all agreed that the house was warm and welcoming. You can certainly feel the energy of a family history there! At times, you feel like you’re in a museum with all of the vintage decor around the house which added to its charm. My only complaint was the water pump outside of the house made the basement a little noisy from time to time & some of the electrical outlets did not work but we did bring those concerns to the owners & they sent out a Plummer immediately and addressed our concerns. Otherwise this is a great place for company, for hosting, and getaways! The communication with owners was seem less! Thank you for a very memorable stay!!

Beautiful property in a perfect location

We had a lovely long week in Zachary and Nicole’s home, which is perfectly situated between the towns of East Hampton and Sag Harbor. The property is stunning with a huge new pool and lush landscaping. The house itself is spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with every tool, appliance and utensil you might need. One thing that I wish I’d known in advance is that the two king rooms on the bottom floor are actually in a finished basement—the owners have fixed it up nicely but it is most definitely a basement, so we weren’t really interested in using that floor at all. The other bedrooms are quite small too, as you’d expect in an older house, but the master is grand and worked for a couple and a child (sleeping on a couch). Communication with the owners was seamless and everything worked out beautifully. We hope to be back! Thank you!

Picture Perfect Holiday

Absolutely perfect. I have stayed at the owner's other property. Which has always been top notch. This past Christmas our extended family gathered to the Hampton's for Christmas. This home is literally a postcard. The hosts has the home decorated for the holidays. The gates were adorned with wreaths and the tree looked like a Bloomingdale's window! We found a well stocked kitchen and plenty of extra serving platters for our holiday meals! We hope to stay there again!

Stunning Designer Home in a convenient area!

This stunning and stylish designer home was an amazing choice for us and perfect for entertaining. A huge WOW factor greets you the moment you walk through the front door. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and well thought-out living and dining room and especially the outside area that goes for days. There were multiple choices of comfortable places to chill out, lounge around and enjoy a cocktail or dip in the gorgeous swimming pool. All rooms on the ground floor flow conveniently from the stylish kitchen that was furnished with every imaginable cooking device - the designers of this immaculate home must be professional chefs and frequent entertainers! Upstairs the bedrooms are beautifully and comfortably decorated - the attention to detail is exquisite. We were really impressed. We can't wait to book our next stay here - the location is great, very convenient; totally private yet only a few minutes to Sag Harbor's restaurants, marina, shopping and night life. East Hampton, Bridgehampton Southampton and Montauk shopping, restaurants, wineries and Equestrian Centers are all close by - just a short drive away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to be spoiled in a luxury residence at a very affordable price.
