Enjoy BBQs in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a propane grill, outdoor refrigerator, ice maker and ample seating for sharing meals on the patio. After an eventful day in Austin, gather your group to relax poolside while enjoying tunes from the Sonos sound system. The outdoor living area has a fireplace for cozy nights by the fire with a glass of wine. A large TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YoutubeTV sits just above the fireplace. The backyard feels like a sanctuary as it backs into lush foliage from old shade trees and tall ivy fencing on either side for a private escape. Whether you’re looking to gather or retreat, you’ll find your happy place here.

COMFORTABLE & SPACIOUS INTERIOR
This home boasts a modern and bright décor throughout. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a convection stove, double oven, warming drawer and wine fridge, and everything you'll need to comfortably prepare meals. For formal group dinners, gather your group around the dining table for a good meal and good conversation. The family room living area overlooks the pool and backyard and features plush leather seating for gathering to watch Netflix, Prime or YouTubeTV. There is a formal living area as well, with large windows which frame huge oak tress and provide a beautiful space for conversation or quiet reading.

All our bathrooms are well-stocked with plush towels and toiletries. Pool towels are also available.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a Pack ‘n Play, and a pool safety gate. Free parking in driveway and on the street.

SURVEILLANCE DEVICES:
For safety reasons, outdoor cameras are installed at the entrances and back patio. Additionally, a noise decibel monitoring system is in place to maintain a peaceful environment during quiet hours

The house and grounds were very clean and well kept. We were a family reunion group of ten and the house had plenty of areas to accommodate everyone's needs. The pool was wonderful and a great source of entertainment for all.Bre was a very responsive host and helped us with any of our needs. Austin had something for everyone in our group from 2 years old to 80 and the location of the house made things very accessible. Thanks for the memories....

Such a beautiful property inside and out! Our group had a wonderful stay at Bre’s place. She’s truly thought of everything! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of fresh towels. The kitchen is also well stocked with everything you need to make a meal. Whether you choose the indoor kitchen or the outdoor kitchen, you’ll be set. We walked to Mozart’s each morning for coffee (even though you have your own coffee bar right there in the kitchen!)and walked to Hula Hut for dinner the first night of our stay. We also enjoyed listening to music using the Sonos speaker system. Whether we were hanging out by the beautiful pool or indoors cooking, we all agreed, the ability to play music throughout, was one of our favorite features!Bre- Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This is easily the best VRBO property I have experienced. The property itself is resort like. It is very well stocked, far and away the best. The management was attentive and responsive. Our family only wished we could have stayed longer. Superlatives do not suffice..

Property is gorgeous just as the pictures but even nicer in person. Make sure you check out the supplies at the house first before buying at the store because they really do provide everything you need by way of supplies. They have lighting settings galore. I like that the AC is not locked to a certain unreasonable temperature as some hotels or other properties do. We were able to get the temp low at night for good sleep ( under 70 degrees). Beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature of the showers were perfect. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pics. The backyard is beautiful. We did have some issues with mosquitoes after a week of hard rain in the area but the host provides sunscreen, mosquito spray, and tanning oils for the pool too. HEB is only 5 min drive away. The Mozart coffee shop and restaurants on the lake are about a 12-15 min walk (not 5 mins as per description) but then parking is also not an issue. If I had a small nit, FYI, if you’re sleeping in the master bedroom, you can hear every footstep in the flex room above. Besides that, the property is literally stunning. We would love to return with our friends again.

We had a lovely time at the house in Tarrytown. Peaceful setting, well-appointed home, and that outdoor space...amazing! My only comment is that the pool is cold. That wasn’t specified in the ad, and it was pretty disappointing. The kids didn’t care, but the adults couldn’t go near it. If it had been warm, I would have given 5 stars. Really great time!

Perfect Getaway

This Austin chateau is the perfect blend of charming and modern—top notch! It is nestled in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood, still super close to a quick drive into the hustle and bustle of downtown. The outstanding reviews and gorgeous pictures are spot on! Darlene is an incredible host—I was with my extended family (with our niece and nephew), and everyone was over the moon noshing on the yummy cookies that Darlene provided as a check-in welcome. Darlene also provides a binder at the house to help orient guests. We decided to take her advice and “live like a local.” We ran to Whole Foods, picked up groceries, and made a home cooked meal (eating outside on the fabulous patio, warming up by the fireplace). The house is perfectly aged with character and has all of the modern upgrades/conveniences (streaming TV, google home, etc). Highly recommend!

I had to book this house in a hurry and the host did an amazing job helping me get everything reserved quickly. She was so nice and helpful throughout the booking process, and during our stay at the house. I highly recommend this place to anyone! The house is so cool and the pool and patio area is beautiful. Wonderful bridal bash weekend!

Everything about this stay was perfect! I was celebrating my bridal bash and Darlene and her beautiful property made it perfect. She was super great at communicating and very kind—she even sent us Tiff’s! The house itself is perfect: cute, cozy, charming. It is so nice without being pretentious and was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. The patio and pool was so nice, the family room was a great movie spot, and the kitchen had everything we could need—bonus points for it all being super cute and stylish. All in all, we loved our stay here and I hope to come back!

The Right Place

We had several friends stay with us at different times. Everyone liked the house, patio & pool. Very nice to have a heavily treed lot behind the house to add to the ambiance & privacy. Clean, comfortable & great for entertaining. There are signs to be quiet after 10 pm on the pastor which was difficult to know exactly how quiet you had to be. But we were on the patio several evenings without any issues. Darlene was quick to respond to any & all questions.

Outstanding outdoor area and close to town

This was a lovely property to stay at. Very clean and easy to relax in. The outdoor patio and pool were wonderful and we enjoyed being so close to downtown Austin. Excellent experience. Quiet neighborhood, with leafy green trees and lovely hills to walk through. Close to the lake and several excellent restaurants. It manages to be comfy and luxurious at the same time.

Best vacation home!!!

We had such a wonderful experience with this property. The house is perfect for groups of people in Austin. It is a 10 minute Uber to downtown. The pool, patio and grill area are all well kept and perfect for a weekend or relaxation. Darlene was so helpful and left us cookies and allowed us to come early and leave late. Overall this was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. Would recommend!!!!

Wonderful house; great location

This was a terrific house in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. Everywhere we wanted to go in Austin was within a 15-20 minute drive. 4 bedrooms are clustered together on one side of the house (including one of the master suites), and the other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house (including the master suite on the second floor), which worked out very nicely for the way we separated our family. Google Home was super fun and efficient - the living room TV even had HBO so we didn't miss the premiere of the last season of Game of Thrones (very critical of course). The outside area was great - I loved being in the shaded outdoor living room while the kids were in the pool. The only potentially negative thing I can think about was that the pool was quite cold (at least in April) - a pool heater would make this place truly perfect, but not sure if that kind of thing happens in Austin. I'll also note that I'm a mosquito magnet but didn't get a single bite - the house seems to have some kind of mosquito killing system outside.

The Perfect Austin Experience

This house is the perfect Austin experience. The Tarrytown neighborhood is a quiet, hilly, and tree lined giving the home a relaxed feel while still within 15 minutes of everything Austin has to offer. The outdoor space is phenomenal - dining/living room with a large flatscreen and ample seating for our entire large group (9 adults) perched steps above the pool deck. We enjoyed 2 dinners on the patio. The photo's do not do the backyard and outdoor space justice. It feels much roomier once you see it in-person. Bedrooms and interior space were excellent. Everything was impeccably clean. And each bedroom is spacious enough to sleep a couple. All of our guests raved about the house. The host Darlene was accommodating throughout the booking process and checked-in to see how we were doing mid-weekend. Start-to-finish this was my best home rental experience to date.

Beautiful home, excellent communication, great experience

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Darlene was great to work with and communication was seamless. I would recommend this property to others looking for a nice, quiet, neighborhood for their Austin visit.

Great group retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a blast in this beautiful home. Was a great location for friends from all over to come together and enjoy company, the city, and the weather!

Great home for group travelers!

We had a wonderful time in this high-tech property! Lots of amenities and great location. Was the perfect place for a group to come together to enjoy each other's company, the city, and the weather. Special touches around the house like the Sonos system run by the Kindle, the Nest, and keyless entry enhanced the stay. Great back patio and yard.
