Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is ideally positioned & all things are in good working order. For the price paid in off season I would expect some salt & pepper, soap or body wash, shampoo/conditioner, bin bags, toilet paper to be supplied. We also had to refill the gas bottle that was not ideal but am easy enough process.

Great House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was just how it was described. Great location and the view was amazing. There was plenty of room for 3 couples. It was in walking distance to the beach. The driveway was very steep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at the Cocomo house. The top sellers for this house are:View, affordability and location however the lack of wifi and optus reception was not a positive. It was great that the bathrooms have been upgraded and I would like to suggest an upgrade in the windows/doors to ensure security for guests Cocomo stay. Otherwise a nice place to stay. Thank you.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Absolutely Filthy. We have never stayed in such a dirty, filthy holiday home.

We stayed at this same property approximately 4 years ago & had a really, nice relaxing time. This trip we were really shocked ! Every door handles, light switch, cupboard & fridge door & power point were greasy & filthy. It was even worse in the morning light. The windows were covered in greasy hand prints & dog slobber. And, the flysceens & windows sills haven't been cleaned in years. Its the most discusting home weve ever stayed in. We will not be back.
