This was the perfect rental for our girls’ weekend 50th birthday celebration. Mike was a great host and responded quickly to all of my questions. We loved the location, decor, and front porch. The beds were also very comfy and the AC was very much appreciated. We had a wonderful weekend!

We loved staying at this house in Cape Charles. It had everything we needed and check in was simple! Our kids loved using the kayak and floats in the garage. It was convenient to have beach chairs, towels and floats available so we could pack lighter. It was a great home and we will definitely stay again!

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, we could walk to almost everything. Our dog really enjoyed the trip as well since she got to go for golf cart rides.

Family friendly stay in Cape Charles

The place was perfect for our family. Our family of five fit perfectly in the connected rooms and then the grandparents stayed in the room with the king bed. Everyone was comfortable and we loved the location. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off the sand after the beach and the house was well stocked. Overall it was a great beach stay!

Great home base for a laid-back beach trip to Cape Charles with the family. We couldn't find some of the beach items listed, but the owner was really responsive in helping make sure we had access to what we needed.
