Our newly updated condo is relaxing and comfortable from the moment you step in. The Master bedroom has a California King bed and the guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and both have TVs. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and master bath. The kitchen has all that is needed to prepare your meals if you choose. You may eat in the dining room or the screened patio. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience so you can "pack light" if traveling by air. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, chair, and 2 ottomans. There is a new smart TV in the living room with YouTube TV provided and you can use your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu account to watch your favorite shows or movies. Both bedrooms have Roku channels and you may sign-in to your streaming accounts. There is Wi-Fi Internet services as well. We have spent a lot of time creating a nice cozy space so our guests can have a place to unwind after a day of touring, traveling, hiking, golfing or exploring. We want to make sure who ever stays here will feel it's perfectly normal to take a nap on the couch or pour a glass of wine and sit on the patio and rest. We have provided 2 tennis racquets, two pickleball paddles, and 2 hiking belts in the guest closet so you have some additional activity options during your stay. It is our goal that you enjoy Tucson and Southeastern Arizona as much as possible whether you are our guest for a week or a month.

Nice area in the Ve tana Canyon but far from bike trails

Place was fine; all good. Great hiking just behind property. Have to drive to get to the awesome bike trails. Overall good stay.

Great location

The place was perfect for us. Very comfy and relaxing with amazing scenery. The place included tennis rackets, set of golf clubs and Fanny packs for hiking. We used them all. Did some laundry as well. Amazing place and location and the manager always answered my text. It was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We got what we wanted.

The condo was clean and adequately equipped. It had a screened patio with comfortable furniture that was designed for privacy. The property had hiking trail heads within walking distance. The pool was clean and warm with a nice hot tub. It was a great base from which to explore and enjoy Tucson, though a car is necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Winter get away from South Dakota !

Beverly was helpful in so many ways. We had some unfortunate medical problems with my husband as he was hospitalized most of our days there. But Beverly was very understanding of the whole situation. Our accommodations were perfect. Very clean and everything one would need for cooking etc. We would certainly recommend this property.

Very cozy and nicely decorated in a great location. The beds were super comfortable and the tennis court was in perfect shape. The Ventana Canyon trail was right out the door.

The condo was beautifully furnished, supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We arrived tired and hungry just to be greeted with Trader Joe’s chips and salsa. In the morning we had scones for our breakfast all supplied by the owner. The condo’s location adjacent to the Ventana Canyon Trail was a plus. It’s a gorgeous walk but is best done with hiking boots and two walking sticks for balance. Crossing the creek is a bit challenging but lovely. Great place!

We just spent a month in this wonderful unit in the Catalina foothills. We were there last year and the owners have upgraded the beds. We spent a month in this wonderful unit and had a great time. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the couches in the living room are extremely comfortable for sitting, reading and watching TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit is located very close to a pool and hot tub. We highly recommend this unit without reservation.

We both are Arizona natives. I was born and raised in Bisbee and my husband was born in Phoenix. We met while working together in Flagstaff after we graduated from NAU. We moved to Phoenix for 10 years and then settled in Tucson over 25 years ago. We are both retired now. As you can see….we LOVE Arizona (the state), and also LOVE Arizona (the U of A Wildcats). Our 3 daughters all graduated from U of A. All 4 of our adult kids grew up in Tucson. Three of them still call Tucson home. We are grandparents now and just enjoying that. You would think we would be too tired to attempt to keep up with a vacation rental, but we are a special kind of "loco"…that's crazy in Spanish.

Why they chose this property

This area of Tucson is in our opinion the most beautiful and peaceful. There are areas along the drive to this property where you can see views of this beautiful city. We love that this is a short distance to Sabino Canyon and the Ventana trail is just a few steps from our front door. We wanted a place that was not too distant from our own home where we could create a warm, inviting and comfortable space for our extended family and friends that visit from Flagstaff, Phoenix, Bisbee, parts of the Mid-west and for travelers who could enjoy and appreciate it when not reserved for family and friends. We like to come here to stay on occasion to get a feel for what improvements and comforts we can add to this small but useful and calm space.

What makes this property unique

The idea that one of the most beautiful hiking trails is just steps away from the front door was a bonus. We wanted to add a little fun and flare of the southwest with the furnishings and art we chose for decor. It is a work in progress as we find art pieces and pottery throughout our travels of Arizona and Tucson. We will continue to find and buy from local artists and businesses that we can lead you to if interested while you visit. We also love that the patio is completely screened in. It gives it a little extra space to sit and eat or relax and enjoy the view. We have lived in Tucson for almost 30 years and have experienced or have knowledge of just about everything fun that happens in Tucson, so please just ask us if you want some ideas.
