About this property

We invite you to enjoy your Desert vacation at this 2100 square foot end unit, contemporary, open plan condo. South, east and west windows provide natural light all day.

This condo has spectacular western views across the 5th fairway of the Nicklaus Tournament Course at PGA West and the Santa Rosa mountains beyond.

With both a large living room and a large family room there’s ample room for everyone. 50” 4G TV with cable in living room. 50” HD TV with cable and pool table in family/game room. High speed internet throughout the condo.

The home sleeps a total of 8 in three private bedrooms and the large family room with pool table.

The master bedroom with king bed features a bathroom on suite. TV with cable.
Second bedroom has two twin beds. TV with cable.
Third bedroom has two twin beds.
A second full bath is accessible directly from the second bedroom and across the hall from the third bedroom.
The family room has a comfortable new queen size sleeper sofa. TV with cable.

The large airy living room features a wall of windows overlooking the golf course and mountain views with sliding door onto the balcony.

The adjacent open plan dining room and kitchen has another sliding door onto the balcony with outdoor dining and grilling just steps away.

The condo is professionally cleaned before each guest’s arrival.

There are 3 additional sheets highlighting:
1st sheet - notes regarding noise, pool rules, parking/traffic onsite, and fines.
2nd sheet - pool information with COVID 19 rules.

The double door closet in the hallway is where to find pool towels, additional bathroom towels, paper products and soaps/ shampoos.

No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the condo.
No pets are allowed.

Only 2 vehicles are allowed to park on the street overnight. (10pm-7am) A third car MUST be parked inside the garage.

Security patrols onsite issue citations for traffic and parking violations. You are responsible for all fines issued to vehicles registered by you and your guests.

Driving instructions:
Come down Jefferson Street and continue on PGA Boulevard. Enter at the Stadium Gate, the second gate on the left. Provide your name for a parking pass

Guests: All members in your group must be registered with us before your arrival.
No additional guests/visitors may stay overnight at the property.

Wonderful stay at PGA West

This was our third trip to LaQuinta to escape the cold, and we very much enjoyed our stay at Joann's lovely unit at PGA West. It is in a great location, and has a very homey feel thanks to Joann's talent as an artist. The unit was spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of a game room with a pool table. Joann communicated well with us during our stay and was very welcoming. She responded quickly to questions and provided very helpful information. A couple minor suggestions that we think would add to a guest's experience at this wonderful unit. It would have been helpful to have a door opener or key pad entry to make access to the garage more convenient. Also, an umbrella table on the patio would be a real plus to make the patio more comfortable during the afternoon when the sun is setting in the west. We enjoyed our stay and Joann's hospitality very much.

Doug and I have lived at PGA West in La Quinta for almost 5 years. We love sharing this beautiful area and community with all our guests.

I’m a visual artist. I exhibit at regional galleries and sell my wholesale products to gift shops nationwide. I worked for many years as an art teacher and gallery manager/exhibit designer. I bring these aesthetic skills to the design of the home to create a comfortable and inviting space that includes carefully chosen art and accessories.

Doug is a contractor and business owner of 2 successful flooring stores. He is an avid golfer and member of PGA West. He loves the active lifestyle of La Quinta for year-round golf and Mammoth Lakes for summer golf.

With 3 grown sons throughout California, and family across the US, travel is a major focus of our active life.

Our home at PGA West is just one mile away from the condo. We’ll enjoy meeting you and are available for questions or recommendations.
