Inside, a bright, open-plan layout with a warm and homely atmosphere awaits you. The cozy living room with fireplace flows seamlessly into the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen – ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings.

With two double bedrooms, one single room, and two bathrooms (one of them en suite), the villa offers plenty of space for families or small groups.

Perfect spot nearby the Palmares Golf

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house with nice swimming pool and lovely garden. Ideal location for a walk to the beach and near the Palmares golf. Very quiet area!

Lovely Villa

We loved Portugal and the villa was in a lovely position near to Lagos. The villa is fit for purpose and comfortable but needs updating in general, particularly in the en-suite bathroom.

Lovely villa in quiet location. Very clean and lovely garden and pool which are well looked after. Kitchen and bathrooms looking a little tired but did not distract from our stay. Britta was very helpful and came to let us in when we arrived a little early We had a lovely holiday.

Wonderfull location to explore the Algarve

We had a very nice time with the family. The house, garden and pool are very well maintained and the pool is great for swimming. A great location to explore the Algarve and still have a quiet peaceful retreat. The nearest shopping facilities are about 10 minutes away by car. The lagoon next door is a top spot for kite surfers. The kitchen equipment in the house could be a bit better and the dining table in the garden. Communication and hand over was perfect.

Tired Villa

We enjoyed our stay but there were some frustrating issues. Britta, the agent, was always very helpful and worked hard to put things right. We visited for the month of February, this villa is not a winter house, we had plumbing, heating and gas cylinder problems. There are no comforts, everything is very basic and past it’s best, the whole villa needs renovation, furniture needs replacing/updating, arms of chairs both inside, and in the garden, were broken, shower screen in the en-suite was very difficult to open/close, only one person could shower at a time otherwise the hot water was drawn away resulting in icy cold showers, the drains in the bathrooms emitted a nasty smell, beds uncomfortable, had to buy pillows and cases as not enough supplied, linen old and thin. However, the garden with its fruit trees and vegetables is a delight, nice pool although too cold to swim in. Would not return to this villa.

Thank you for your review. The shower door has already been repaired and the chairs replaced. If you had told me that you needed more pillows and covers, I would have been happy to organise more for you. However, I apologise again for the inconvenience with the heating at the beginning of your stay. Next time you book a property you should look for villas with pool heating. I am sorry that the villa did not meet your expectations.

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Nous avons découvert le littoral de l'Algarve.Concernant le logement, elle est très bien située et a du potentiel mais un bon rafraichissement s'impose (humidité aux fenêtres, odeur malodorante dans les salles de bain , rouille dans la baignoire et eau tiède dans la salle de bain bleu ), dommage d'avoir 2 salles de bain mais ne pas pouvoir les utiliser en même temps.Les coussins de lits sont très moelleux.Nous avons été surpris du montant du chauffage (chauffe eau : douche chauffage plaque de cuisson) payable uniquement en espèce.

Très belles vacances, repos, à l'abri des regards, ensoleillement assuré et de superbes balades...Tout est bien pratique dans la maison et bien pensé. Juste un souci de canalisation au niveau des salles de bain qui pourrait être résolu, mais qui n'enlève en rien à la tranquillité et la beauté du site. Ménage, jardin, piscine, tout est très bien entretenu et propre.

Traumhafter Garten und Pool

Der Garten und der Pool des Hauses waren super toll! Aus dem Garten durften wir uns sogar bedienen und hatten somit immer frischen Salat, Obst und Gemüse. Das Haus war sauber und geräumig. Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, es war jedoch alles da, was man so braucht. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind im sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Unser Hund konnte sich frei auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück bewegen ohne ihn beaufsichtigen zu müssen. Den Strand kann man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichen. Zu Fuß dauert es länger, da der Golfplatz nicht überschritten werden kann. Also man braucht ein Auto. Wir können das Ferienobjekt echt empfehlen.

Der meiste Dank geht an Frau Marreiros. Das Haus ist schön und sauber. Wir konnten mit unserem mittelgroßen Hund schöne Spaziergänge über den Golfplatz machen. Einziger Nachteil sind die Stechmücken.

Entspannung pur

Bereits mit der Buchung lief alles reibungslos. Die Kommunikation war schnell, präzise, sehr freundlich und beruhigend zuverlässig. Das Haus war top gereinigt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab einen kleinen Defekt am Herd, auf den wir aber direkt hingewiesen wurden und Dank der sehr guten Ausstattung konnten wir das leicht kompensieren. Das Haus lag für uns sehr gut. Alles nötige war leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein Traum war das frische Gemüse und Zitronen aus dem "eigenen" Garten. Der Pool, das Haus und der Garten werden top gepflegt. Alle Dienstleister waren höflich, gründlich und dezent. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank an die Verwalterin für die hervorragende Kommunikation. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Top

Schönes Haus mit großartigen Garten

Schönes großes Haus mit traumhaften Garten in schöner Lage. Wir konnten die leckersten Mandarinen, Zitronen und vieles mehr einfach im Garten selber pflücken - das ist schon ein echtes Highlight. Pool ist schön groß aber im Frühjahr auch recht frisch. Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ein bisschen Random.

Perfect house near Odiaxere/Lagos. Makes a great base for exploring west coast of Algarve as well as further east. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained and organized. Does not feel like a rental property it feels like a home and I will definitely be back.

Férias de verão passadas em família. A casa e o espaço exterior são exactamente o que aparece no anúncio. É uma casa ampla, ideal para férias e com boas condições para se passar uns bons dias. A casa fica situada numa zona reservada e um pouco afastada das multidões, mas fica próxima de uma praia boa e com poucas pessoas. Exactamente o que procurávamos. Encontrámos a casa limpa e arrumada. Tal como previsto, a casa foi limpa a meio da semana com horário escolhido por nós. Tivemos uma experiência muito boa. Aconselhamos!
