About this property

Private beautiful bungalow in the village of Marčana

Our bungalow lies on the outskrits of the village Marčana on an 2500 sqm private plot. There is a 40 sqm terrace on the garden side and a 50 sqm terrace at the backside. One terrace is partially covered with vine, which spends pleasant shade during summer. The neighbouring houses are built on similar big plots, i.e. there is lot of distance from our holiday home to the neighbouring houses. The surrounding area is rural with lots of forest and vineyards.

The furnishing of the bungalow is comfortable and functional.

Bedrooms:
The main bedroom is suitable for 2 adults, having a big doublebed.
The second bedroom has two single beds for another 2 guests.

Furnishing:
The bedrooms have parquet flooring. The other rooms have tiled floors. The furniture is wooden.

Restaurants & Bars (in 10-20 minutes distance): Not far from our holiday home we can recommend Pizzeria Luna at Prodol with good italian cuisuine and the fish restaurant at Krnica harbour with typical istrian cuisine.

Enjoy the sunset with a cocktail at Verudela. From the main car park in Verudela in direction of the west coast you will find a cocktail bar with a restaurant in a beautiful setting. You can enjoy the sunset sitting in comfortable rattan sofas surrounded by small pools and watercourses.

There are many good restaurants in the fisher harbour of Fazana. The old historic village centre has been beautifully renovated in the past years.

The harbour town of Rabac is ideal for a half day trip including a dinner near the water. Visit the historic old town of Labin in the afternoon and afterwards find a small restaurant along the 2 km long promenade at Rabac.

A visit to the picturesque old town of Rovinj with its many restaurants is a must during your holiday.

Person in charge of you holiday home: The person in charge of our holiday home speeks english and lives in the neighbouring house approx. 100m away from our bungalow. If you have any questions or booking requests for day trips she can arrange it for you, e.g. you can book concert tickets for the amphitheater in Pula, a day trip on a hydrofoil boat to Venice, a diving trip at Limski Channel or a tailored bike tour at your wish.

Jolie petite maison

Maison idéalement située pour visiter le sud de l Istrie. Encore mieux dans qq temps avec la piscine. Le jardin à l'exterieur est appréciable. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Schönes Ferienhaus, mit allem was man braucht.

Am und im Haus fehlte es uns fast an nichts. Vielleicht kann man über eine bequeme Couch nachdenken und aus der Gartendusche lieber einen kleinen Pool machen :-). In der Küche hätten wir uns etwas mehr Arbeitsfläche gewünscht. Ansonsten war alles gut. Leider gibt es in der Gegend kaum Spazierwege oder Waldwege, um die Gegend zu erkunden oder mit dem Hund Gassi zu gehen. Wander- und Spazierwege sind aber eher ein allgemeines Thema in der Gegend. Guter, unkomplizierter Vermieter, netter Kontakt und gute Reise- und Restaurant-Tipps. Vielen Dank dafür.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus auf großem Grundstück

Das Haus liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück am Rande des Ortes. Es scheint, dass kürzlich in das Haus investiert wurde. So sieht die Küche neu aus und ist funktional. Das Haus ist insgesamt in sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf Grund der Lage ist ein Auto zwingend erforderlich.

Bungalow Vinola Ich fand diesen Urlaub sehr erholsam und interessant. Das Meer war auch nicht weit entfernt und dort konnte man auch Tretbot fahren. Im übrigen war es sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich empfehle dieses Bungalow sehr.

Positives und Fröhliches begegnet einem auf Schritt und Tritt. Das Haus , die Umgebung , die Betreuung, alles war perfekt. Die Badebuchten im nahegelegenen Duga Uvala waren viel schöner als wir es auf dem Bild erahnt hatten. Sehr ruhig gelegen. In kleinem Dorf umgeben von Weinfeldern und Wald. Ideales Feriendomizil zum Entspannen und erholen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen Istriens. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Wir haben noch nie einen erholsameren und interessanteren Urlaub verbracht.
